'They had a mistake on the website that check in was at noon. I got there around 1pm and the front desk lady was extremely apologetic and waived the fee for my dog. Brand new Hotel, room is super clean, modern and comfortable. Great location if you are looking to explore the beaches, restaurants and kid friendly activities. All staff were friendly and nice to each other including the manager that came to ask the kitchen lady if she needed any help when busy. Breakfast was ok ( it’s free!) we...

'The hotel was an older hotel. it had been updated, but still had an oldish vibe.Our room was very small. The space was maximized by having bunkbeds. With that being said, I would still highly recommend it. It was close to the beach within walking distance. It had many restaurants that were also within walking distance. The staff was very friendly.'

'Great place to stay. It was clean and comfortable. The hotel was right on the beach and convenient to the pier. Valet parking was a nice option with a free lot across the street. Breakfast was ok. It was nice having a Starbucks attached to the hotel. While we didn't get to try the Sandbox Restaurant it seemed popular. V pizza was a hit and just across the street. There was a lot of night life just outside the hotel. It didn't affect us but there could be a fair amount of street noise. ...

'The rooms were very clean, but I do think that housekeeping should do a little more deep cleaning. There was dust on the top of the sliding doors. You can see it when you pull the curtains all the way back. I feel like guests who stay at the motel shouldn’t have to pay for parking.'

'Just had another excellent stay at this Hampton Inn. This was my fifth stay for appointments at Mayo Clinic. Jacksonville. The hotel Manager Tammy has also been very welcoming and helpful with questions I had about the area. The hotel is kept clean which I and others staying there appreciate. '

"In the lobby it already smelled like cigarettesmoke. The first room we were offered was in a strange corner with cigarettebuds en jointbuds (marihuana). Too us, it looked like the least attractive room they had. We asked for another room, but there black mould on the ceiling and it was too humid (our clothes were moist the next day). And in the front of this room there were even more cigarettebuds. There was no waterpressure on the shower and the towels had black spots on them.
We paid about 140 dollars for one night. It was absolutely not worth it!! We asked for a little bit of a refund, but nothing was possible.
Don't go here! It is not worth your money!"
