'This is a beautiful and clean hotel. We wished we could have stayed longer. Great staff and the rooms were very clean and the bed was comfortable. They even had a laundry room that we could use. I will be looking for TownePlace Suites from now on.'

'In the lobby it already smelled like cigarettesmoke. The first room we were offered was in a strange corner with cigarettebuds en jointbuds (marihuana). Too us, it looked like the least attractive room they had. We asked for another room, but there black mould on the ceiling and it was too humid (our clothes were moist the next day). And in the front of this room there were even more cigarettebuds. There was no waterpressure on the shower and the towels had black spots on them. We paid about...

'I wish I could remember the name of the gentleman who checked us in because he was wonderful! The property is undergoing some refurbs and updates - so there are some growing pains - but we were given a newly renovated room on a top floor and it was beautiful. And the property is in a perfect location to park the car and walk around all weekend. We would highly recommend!'

'Arrived a bit early and our room was ready. Everything was clean and the AC worked well. Pool looked nice, didn't get to use it. Loved having the Lemon Bar right there and just a short walk to the beach. Loved the charm of the property and vibe of Neptune... well definitely be back for a longer stay. If i had one wish, it would be that room keys also worked on the sliding doors so that you could exit and lock from the back. '

'The pool was small and shallow. More like a big hot tub but it was nice. The room was nice, except once you pulled the couch out to a bed it took up the whole space, you could not walk around the bed to the window or lamp. We took the PS5 for our daugther and we had to disconnect the cable to hook it up because we couldnt use the feature on the tv to hook it up and then couldnt control the volume.
