'2nd time we have stayed at Pentegon City Ritz. We have been fortunate enough to stay at many great hotels, but none can compete with this hotel. The service is so far beyond anywhere else, from the second you check in, they refer to you by name, the property is immaculate and very high end, room was great. As for location, its not too far from DC landmarks, and right next door to the Pentagon City Mall. There isnt anyplace like it, and if you just want to be impressed on what good service...

'This place was excellent for a 5 day business stay. The apartment was clean and spacious for one person. Full kitchen, king bed, and 3 person sofa and 4 person dining table. I would definitely stay here again. Couple of things worth noting so you go in fully informed: the apartment is undergoing significant renovations in apartments. 'We rode the airport shuttle to the hotel and used the metro for the rest of our visit, which was only a block away. There was plenty to eat within walking distance.'

'Airport shuttle was great and drove every 30 minutes; the dirver was friendly and helpful. The desk personnel were always friendly and willing to help. The environment isn't anything special, we chose it because it was close to the airport. Having said that, getting to downtown DC was really simple and fast, we used an uber to get around and never had to wait long. All in all, good hotel and good location for people who travel a lot.'

'Used as a base for 2 nights whilst stopping over in DC before going to a wedding. Apartment was clean, comfortable and met all our needs. Check in was fine and the ability to leave our luggage in the post room the day of departure was very much appreciated. The host provided detailed instructions and checked we had arrived safely following a long flight from the UK. Hotel standard toiletries were provided along with some clothes and dishwashing tablets.
