'Great for vacation if you’re not spending much time there. We were there to sleep and wind down. If need more supplies you need to call a number and probably would have to wait awhile, front desk staff is totally separate from the rental business. Only negative would be is that our flight got in pretty early, wanted to drop off our bags/luggage so we didn’t have to lug it around the city. They said we couldn’t do it, after checking in not sure why we couldn’t have just dropped our bags off.'

'A winter stay didn't allow for seeing all the benefits of the location, but it seemed like a good spot for metro and highway access. The building is dated but clean. The unit was clean and functional. The kitchen was fine and well appointed with all of the expected necessities. The bathrooms are in need of updating. Some water damage is evident. And one shower head did not work at all, but I'm sure it will be resolved. The living areas were clean. A true coffee table would be better to...

'The staff was so kind in holding my personal items until my room was ready. They found a cup to put my flowers in water and used their fridge to hold my salmon pasta. May seem small but the level of hospitality was huge for me. '

'We never stayed there when I went with your reservation and showed the price of both parking and breakfast. They rejected it wanting to increase the price. Very bad attention. We had to leave'

'The hotel was under renovation. Amenities including dinner was not available. In the future, Expedia should make consumers aware of this in advance. Location met overall needs. Rooms had been updated prior and were comfortable. '

'Very helpful and kind staff, when I mentioned that the information about the airport shuttle wasn't correct online, the lady at the front desk offered to co.pensate for the confusion by giving us a breakfast voucher. The breakfast was amazing and her gesture was appreciated. The proxi.ity to the Ronald Reagan airport was also a big plus. After a long trip it was a short ride tp the hotel. All in all, a good experience and I would stay here again. '

'I liked the apartment style unit. The two bedroom & two full bath configuration was great. There was also a full kitchen with enough equipment to cook a meal. Shops were literally just a few doors down the street with all necessities. I would look for this arrangement next time I travel.'

'Airport shuttle was great and drove every 30 minutes; the dirver was friendly and helpful. The desk personnel were always friendly and willing to help. The environment isn't anything special, we chose it because it was close to the airport. Having said that, getting to downtown DC was really simple and fast, we used an uber to get around and never had to wait long. All in all, good hotel and good location for people who travel a lot.'
