'We had a good stay here with the “ghost experience” We heard the daughter walking at the third floor. Hotel was nice and authentic. Three restaurants available, which we did two, both good. Staff was very friendly and we could park our in front of the door for free!'

'One night stay here. The room we stayed in was very humid, and you could see where the ceiling had leaked & run down the walls. The ceiling on the 3rd floor hallway also had an active leak. We were in & out frequently, so we didn't really have time to ask for another room. The staff we dealt with were nice, and I know they had a tremendous amount of rain the previous week. I've stayed in worse places, but if I ever return to Americus, I won't be staying here.'

This time around was a bit different, the mattress was really firm, hard to sleep and woke up feeling like I had slept in the floor.'

'I made reservations for this hotel while I was visiting my sister. I went there and immediately had a change of heart. I’ve been trying to cancel and get my refund but have been unsuccessful. 0 out of 10 I don’t recommend.'

'Pictures don’t do it justice, what a cute comfortable farmhouse it is. Well decorated comfortable, seating and bedding. Frankly, if they put it up for sale, I’d probably snatch it up. Well stocked coffee and even snacks were provided. I got to watch three female turkeys to a stroll through the yard while I had my morning coffee. Highly recommend.'
