'Old bldg material laying around on grounds. Grass was 8"tall (actual measurement). Sign on street was nothing but a frame. Room was clean but drain didn't drain well at all in tub. Slipshod repair done to closet wall.'

'Check in service was fairly uninviting and unfriendly. Entered our room (313) and the toilet was running. Could not get it to stop. Maintenance man was friendly, but definitely overwhelmed and overworked. Had to go to hardware store for parts, still unable to fix it (it ran all night and through our check out).
