The room was 9/10 clean, when I removed the sheets and pillowcases off the bed before checking out there was wood chips or something under the cover, but other then that everything was clean and the furniture was updated. Staff was always friendly as well, although the phone in the hotel room did not (forgot to tell staff) as I used my phone.
