'Outstanding service! We had such a warm welcome by hotel's manager, Tatyana. She made our stay with little kids so much more pleasurable. The hotel went through major renovations: rooms/bathrooms are nice and updated, newly built outdoor swimming pool etc. Adults can relax in Spa (18 ) with two saunas (Finnish and Steam), and their massages are so good. Kids have a dedicated playroom and many outdoor activities (chess etc). Food is also amazing. Highly recommend to everyone!'

'The property itself is pretty and clean. Some of the staff need more training, especially the reception area. It was in disarray when I checked in and also never reachable by phone. The AC in my room didn’t work and then when it worked it wasn’t really functioning properly. The dinner was mediocre. We enjoyed our stay here and we will come back. 'Ik vond het een prettig hotel. Het personeel was vriendelijk en behulpzaam en elke dag keurig kamer schoongemaakt en schone handdoeken Punten van aandacht: de WiFi was niet of nauwelijks te ontvangen op de hotelkamer waardoor ik veelal in de lobby ging zitten voor ontvangst. Verder stroomde het douchewater deels de badkamer in, waardoor het nat en glibberig was. Het mooiste van het hotel was het uitzicht op het meer van Galilea, werkelijk adembenemend mooi en een ervaring die ik iedereen gun.'
