'What an amazing hotel. The room can be compared to a NYC 4 star! From the high ceilings to the nice balcony to the rolling hills views there was not one thing to complain about. The staff was so friendly and went above and beyond to meet every need and answer all questions. The breakfast was a step above most usually included foods. Will definitely recommend and return!'

'We had a fire drill thanks to a guest smoking in their room past midnight. The hotel is equipped with state of the art fire protection including the hearing impaired. The Wooster FD arrived quickly and a city firefighter disabled the alarm upon inspection. I am disabled and was totally comfortable with my safety during and after the alarm. This security was in addition to the communication with the hotel and the services provided by staff members. My two night weekend stay included daily room...

'Our room was fine. Staff was professional. Currently renovating hotel. Guest laundry was not available and we are not informed until we checked in. Advance notice was not provided before checking in. We needed to alter our plans. '
