'We chose this hotel because the rating was 8.8/10. That is not even close. I ask the gentleman how much it was a night, which was more than Expedia. He said then you should book online. So I stood at the front desk and booked it while he looked at his phone. The room appeared clean, except for all the hair in the bathroom. It smelled like they had sprayed Lysol to cover up the smell and make it seem like they cleaned. The clock didn’t work. The outlets and light fixtures were hanging half on...

'Pay for the cheapest room you can get. I paid for a room that was supposed to have a microwave and fridge since it was for several days, and it had neither. The manager insisted I had not paid for what I did, even after he was shown that that's exactly what I paid for. TV also didn't work, and he said, "Yeah, we've been having problems with that". I recommend going anywhere other than here.'

'The breakfast was excellent. Some of my favorite shops are nearby including TJ Max, Home Goods, Talbots and Sketchers Outlet. The bed was AMAZING comfortable. On the downside, the TV channel selection was very limited, which frustrated my husband, and the coffee pot in our room was broken. We will be back!'

'The front desk staff was super nice but unfortunately checked one of the people in our group into a room full of another guests items and clearly hadn’t been cleaned. We also found spots of what looked like blood on the walls and when we crawled into bed the sheets were both stained and had hair on them. Luckily we had an extra sheet from the pull out couch bed we could cover the mysteries with. Overall, the rooms were just dated but it did look like they were mid-update on the hotel.
