'Clean room, jacuzzi worked half of time, old building that needed upgrades, no elevator, walking distance to some restaurants, very busy lodge with people in and out, nightlife. Overall, it was ok.'

'We stayed one night with two toddlers, and it was functional. Not very clean, but not disgusting. The facilities definitely need to be updated and repaired, but the aesthetics of the room were not our priority. The bedding and towels have holes, and there are no blackout curtains.'

'The hotel was essentially located very easy to access off of the highway close to malls and food shopping. Friendly staff, however we were without hot water for our staff. We were told that the Water would be working and on but the next day, no hot water cold shower it is we didn't come for swimming, but the pool was also down. The room was clean fairly. 'Our stay was great because it was clean and staff was friendly and professional. The area seemed to be suburbanize (landscape was rural with some areas pristine and serene!) The pool was clean and temperature was perfect! The only fault I saw was the water line on the bathroom door. My husband thought they may have had a flood in the past, but it didn't interfere with the cleanliness of our room/bathroom. Yes, we will stay here when we return to visit the family!'

'I did feel like safety was a big concern here and they did well with that. However I feel like they don’t trust the guests and maybe there’s reasons why. But I had to ask for ice and the desk guy had to get it. It was like a clump of chizzled ice that really did no good for me. There was absolutely nothing at the breakfast I could eat. On. Good note, the room was clean.'

'Louie greeted me upon my arrival and gave me a rundown of the property. He was friendly and answered all my questions. He even showed me so much of his art collection! Louie is a wonderful host. I would've loved to talk to him more. I only stayed one night since I was just passing through Akron. I have added The Berrodin Bed & Breakfast to my list of good stops!!'

'Upon check in, I was given a room with a malfunctioning AC, I spoke with the gentleman at the desk and recieved a new room without issue after his attempt to fix the unit didn't work and resetting the unit a few more times myself didn't get it to stay on. Overall, It's what you'd expect of a Days Inn near Akron. Good enough for a night or two, property in relatively good shape but definitely still has the same characters and abandoned vehicles you'd find at any other urban days inn. Overall...

'The room and property were clean. A/C worked great. We asked (twice) for our room to be cleaned on a specific day, (you have to request room cleaning) it did not get done. After another request was done the next day, which was the day before we left. Danielle did an awesome job!!!! The TV remote was not working very well. Got another remote, was not programmed for that TV, had only 1 channel for 2 days. Finally got another remote that worked. Asked for a pillow, was basically told no. (Was...

'Could have been cleaner. There were about 30 kids who ran up & down the hall yelling all evening. By 11:30 I had to call front desk. All this noise continued for another hour. Had to be at Cleveland Clinic next morning at 6:45.'

'breakfast was rather sparse, not many choices, and the service at the fromnt desk was great when I came, but then my card stopped working, and when I had to go to the desk therewas no one there. They sseem to be understaffed. Twice I waited 15-20 minutes just to get my card to my room re-activated. The room istself was cleand and staff friendly but those wait times..........terrible.'

'Great place. Always stay at the Streetsboro location every time I travel to Ohio, which is at least twice a year. Friendly staff, very accommodating, great breakfast, always clean and quiet. My favorite front desk person is Jacob. He is always so kind and the one front desk person, that has been working there for quite awhile. Kudos to Jacob!'
