'The staff were amazing at this property. I do not usually take the time to write a review as I travel often and am rather busy but when service is above and beyond I do make sure to give praise. Priya at the front desk was so friendly and helpful and Theo the head of maintenence was amazing as well as the housekeeping team. I come to Ohio annually and will make sure to return!! '

'We were pleased with our stay. It was easy to get to Cleveland clinic from here. The kids we saw were enjoying the activity area. It's an older hotel but it was clean and employees were friendly. Check in was quick and easy. Would stay again. '

'I was very happy to be greeted by Sandy at check-in, as she remembered us from our last visit. She offered us snacks, water, and ice cream.
The room was clean and spacious, but the walls were thin. Since we were on the far end and top floors of the building, the WiFi was very weak and sporadic.
That being said, you can't beat the hospitality at this hotel; it is the friendliest and nicest experience we've had yet on this road trip. '

'I've frequented this hotel several times when I travel to Ohio and have always enjoyed my stay. The front desk attendant was also kind enough to give me a bagel and coffee after breakfast had ended. Would definitely recommend staying and the prices were very reasonable! Thanks again and see you all nexr year! 💛'
