Bij NH Collections Barbizon Palace terecht gekomen, omdat ons vorige verblijf niet hygiënisch was. Bij NH nog 2 super nachten verbleven.

service niveau ondermaats
We verbleven in twee Superior kamers. Kamers zijn ruim en netjes. Bed is prima. Kamers zijn goed geluiddicht. Dat alles is op 5* niveau. Echter diverse dingen zijn 4* of lager. in de badkamer zijn bij geen extra's die in een 5* hotel gewoon zijn. Bovendien een afgemeten aantal handdoeken. Eén van onze kamers was bij terugkomst niet schoongemaakt, waardoor wij de kamer weer af moeten zodat die door een zuchtende medewerkster uiteindelijke toch weer werd schoongemaakt. In de andere kamer waren dingen zoals koffie/thee/zeep etc niet aangevuld. De receptie is onderbemand etc. Gelukkig zijn de meesten van het personeel wel erg vriendelijk. Conclusie: nette kamers maar geen 5* service niveau

Superfijn hotel. Erg vriendelijke ontvangst bij receptie. Heerlijke mooie kamer met uitzicht! Goed geïsoleerd en totale stilte binnen de kamer. Lekkere bedden. Wel erg warm op de kamer ondanks airco. Met het ontbijt duurde het even voordat het werd aangevuld. Verder niets op aan te merken.

Liked everything. But the room I was assigned was very noisy. I can totally hear all the conversations and screaming kids next door. Room walls appear to be thin. Also a holiday weekend so I cannot get reassigned if I wanted to. Otherwise, 5 stars.

Our room was too small with bed, sofa bed and cot, there was no walking space. A bigger room would have been nice if kindly offered as we spent a lot of time in there due to the rainy weather. I did say we came to celebrate my 30th birthday which was 2 weeks prior but nothing special was done / no room upgrade. Horrible view outside window. Lots of draft in room from Juliet balcony making it cold for baby. Would be good if staff could bring up food deliveries from UberEats like other local hotels in area as our room was a long walk to the lifts.

Fabulous hotel, walking distance to everything. Staff are polite and helpful, even providing an umbrella when it was raining. Breakfast was well worth it, with lots of choice and even a glass of prosecco if you fancied it.
