Schoon, netjes, rustig. Het hotel zou nog een zwembad kunnen gebruiken. Ontbijt buffet was prima. Enige minpuntje was het koffieapparaat op mijn kamer. Werkte niet.

Verkeerde kamer. Ik had een premium room zonder kitchenette geboekt maar heb volgens mij een afwijkende kamer gekregen. Locatie was ook niet top, veel geluid met passerende andere gasten.

Heerlijke plek.
Vriendelijke check in, schone comfortabele mooie stille kamer, heerlijk bed en airco in de kamer. Ontbijt was erg uitgebreid en personeel zooo vriendelijk. Iedereen was behulpzaam, attent, warm en vriendelijk. Je wordt hier echt in de watten gelegd. Wij komen heel graag terug. Parkeren op terrein kost 15 euro per dag maar voor de slagboom zijn ook plekken en daar sta je gratis.

Prachtig en comfortabel hotel, gelegen in een kantorendistrict in Amstelveen. Amsterdam is gemakkelijk en snel te bereiken, en de prachtige natuur aan de zuidkant (fietsen, ook te huur in het hotel) ligt “om de hoek”.

The staff are very friendly, everyone speaks in calm tones, there are no complications at all, public transport outside of taxis or rentals is difficult and requires quite the walk to the nearest metro line but thats not the hotels fault. But if there could be something better in the rooms it would be more cups and cutlery or dish soap to clean them. Besides that. 9.8/10 stay worth staying at this hotel.

The room was great! The staff was helpful. The hotel it's self was in a very limited area. A long walk to the store. A long walk to public transportation. When I looked at it on the map I thought it was closer to the center of to Amsterdam.

We arrived late in the evening about 11pm. Check in was quick. Recieved a king vesture of tulips for mothers day. There was no water in the room, when asked the reception desk, husband was told he can buy bottled water, and told by another guy at the desk he can have the tap water in the room as it is the cleanest drinkable water in europe. We booked the premium room, there was only a bathtoom tap, no kitchen. Onky to be told in the moe ing by a nicer lind lady that we should have got welcome drinks at least, so she sent housekeeping to put it in our room. The room was dusty on arrival, so clearly had been left empty for a while. We were told if we needed anything to contact using this ipad system thing. Tried many times, it was not working so my husband had to go down to the reception desk. Last thing you need after travelling. Expected better from radissons.

The first contact point was terrible. The woman behind the counter was very unprofessional and just look into the screen by talked to me. Further she interrupted me several times to asked me to hold on, while she still just look into the screen. Then she told me that the room is not ready and it could take another 1 hour. So the check-in time is 3 pm and I arrived 2:15 pm. How it make sense to wait 1 hour? I forgot her name but after 30 minutes I went to her colleague (another woman behind the counter) who told me that my room is ready to check in. The was very professional and helpful. The communication way of the first contact person was also very unfriendly.

Trop cher pour ce que c'est !
Dans l'ensemble c'est pas mal . Mais je trouve que les chambre sont tres petite vu les prix. Et les femme de chambre elles ouvre la porte sans toquer jai pas trop apprécié ca. La douche aussi cest pas tres confortable dans le sence le sors de la douche ça va jusqu'à la chambres. Je pense pas je reviendra surtout pour ce prix.

The staff were all terrific and lovely. Super friendly. Nice breakfast every morning, including made to order omelets, etc. Liked the option to not have housekeeping every day. (We were touristing around and not in the room much so not necessary.) We booked a suite for our 4 person group - up on the top floor. The open shower room concept looks fancy and lovely but just a little more tilt toward the drain would be a huge help in not getting a lake in the middle of the room. (This is one of those if-that-is-the-only-thing-wrong-reviews.) Yes, you can walk to the tram easily - about 15-20 minute walk. It’s at the end of a street with office buildings so I can see it being quite convenient if you are visiting one of those businesses.

This is a beautiful hotel and the staff was overwhelmed with guests due to flight cancellations. They were doing their best to take care of everyone. I’m giving them 3 stars because the resturant needs to change their ordering process. We were told to do it over our phones (which we did) only to be told they didn’t get our order. I got an email confirmation that they did. So we told them what we wanted and my food eventually came out. My daughter kept waiting for hers and then we noticed the kitchen was being closed down and when asked where her food was (we ordered together and she ordered bolognese) they said they were sorry for the mistake, but she went without dinner. There was no place else to get food at that hour. Other than that, it was great and I would stay there again.

The property advertises a shuttle from the airport. There is none. When I arrived and questioned the manager she refused to speak with me. When I asked a check in clerk she furtively looked around and whispered that they had changed their availability but weren’t allowed to say that. These are very deceptive business practices. Finally, check in took over an hour and a half at 930 pm. Unacceptable all around.
