'We booked Seaside Boutique with high hopes, but our experience was very disappointing. When we arrived the place felt empty and like a ghost town. You’re not allowed to bring in outside food, so we ate dinner at the restaurant — we were the only guests there and the staff were unhelpful and rude. The facilities were in terrible condition. The outdoor furniture and beach chairs were broken, the deck was unsafe for children, and the advertised “beautiful playground” was rusted and falling apart....

'Beautiful scenic view at ocean from the hill, nice infinity pool overlooking ocean, just wish the water is cooler, maybe better water rotation? Staff are very helpful especially goft cart and restaurant personnel'

'What an experience . La Costa wasn't just a resort it was like staying at a families house . Staff are very friendly . CHI went above and beyond to make sure I was comfortable . She even took me on a food and coffee tour after she got off . I even got to meet the owner of the resort , who is so down to earth and lovely person . The staff took me on a waterfall hike too . Breakfast was amazing . Just everything was 10/10'

'Hotel is nicely located at a beautiful beach. Our room was near the sea and although I love the sound of the waves we were bit to close to it. Gave to much noise to sleep well. The restaurant is good. Breakfast super and serving proper coffee for extra fee. Now the dinner is almost mandatory at the resort there the nearest city is 17 km away. Our experience was that the western menu that was very small was a challenge for the staff. Appearance was a 10. Medium steak was almost well done. Local...

'Properly is far from everything, no places to eat, no places to shop. You need to book Grab to go to the city to grab a bite. Breakfast buffet is subpar to similar priced hotels, food is like warm, limited choices and everyday the same food.'
