Worth the stay
Staff was very friendly, check in and out was super quick and easy. Room was nice, everything was great for our needs. My only concern was how tight parking was, but well stay again for sure!

The way we didn't charge you any room deposit, we would upgrade your room right away if you called us about old and dirty room. Thank you for your review.

I wasn't even able to check-in. The on-site manager was very rude and told me to get off the property! I was completely appalled at his horrible attitude. I also checked the cleanliness of the pool and it was absolutely disgusting! I will never ever come back here! It was the worst hotel check-in experience of my entire life!!

The price was fair for what I needed for a one night stay. I would consider it an option again. I think some things could be cleaned a little more like the rack with the hangers had some odd brown spots. The person at check in was really nice.

Perfect for what I needed
I went to a 2-day music festival, and just needed to stay overnight. Got there shortly after check-in time started. Staff was friendly. Was assigned a parking spot, which was nice. Didn't have to worry about finding a spot when I got back to the show. Didn't know there'd be a fridge and microwave in my room. Bed wasn't all that comfortable, but better than the mattress at the last place I stayed at. Went to the show. Got back around midnight. No craziness going on in the neighborhood. Was able sleep soundly. Checked out by 11 am. Would stay here again.

My reservation was for a non-smoking room and when I checked in, they gave me a smoking room which smell horrible, I was not even able to sleep due to the smell. One night there was enough to never come back. Also, the room was very dirty. Do not stay here.

Thank you for staying with Anaheim National Inn.Sorry for your inconvenience but, you yourself reserved a smoking room (see your reservation with Expedia that they sent right after you made a reservation). At check in time, we explained that you had a smoking room reserved and you did not complain or say anything at that time. If you had said that you wanted a non smoking room we would have been happy to change your room if it was available. All of our rooms are neat and clean.Thank you again for your reviews.

First off the manager is a disrespectful, misleading crook. We booked for 2 travelers, which was declared through Expedia AND the motel. I checked in and was waiting for my friend to arrive as they were a couple of hours behind, of which I let the manager know BEFORE checking in. I get settled and walk to the nearest pub for a beer. When my friend was set to arrive I left and went to check with the manager to see where they should park as we were assigned parking and did not want to take anyone else's space. He informed me there is only one spot per reservation. I ask if I can PAY for an additional spot. He starts yelling and say all the spots are full (a complete lie there were 11 spots available all night). When I told him that I would like a refund, he refused saying there's no refunds. I remind him that I purchased trip insurance through Expedia and would need A COPY of the contract to file a claim, to which he said he would call the cops. I call Expedia as there is no way to finish the claim without corresponding paper work, and after 2 HOURS, Expedia was able to get a claim filed for me. That to me screams fraudulent behavior so I reported him to the BBB. As far as the room? Cigarette burns everywhere, small, dirty. And there were at least 3 roaches crawling around. I am lucky I got my $100 cash deposit back but honestly worst experience at any motel in orange county, period. I don't know how this lazy, disrespectful cheat has a business license, IF he has one...

Front desk/ owner was rude, inconsiderate and lacked ethics. Confirms $100 deposit, hotel contract agreement states same $100. However, wants $150 cash deposit at window without exception, and then says then no room after completing check in. One person, no, smoke, no pets.Today when I called was told I checked in and deposit was $30 I paid per hotel.

The room was non smoking yet the odor was coming through from the room next door which was smoking and it was too strong that I ended up canceling my reservation. It was clean but the beds were not comfy. Room was run down.

Thank you for staying with us and for your review. You made reservation for 1 person and you paid for only one person to Expedia/Hotel.com. You also registered with one person at hotel to at check In time. We also explained you about our policy and for extra guest, and you agreed with that. But after check in we find out that you had extra guest with you all the time upto check out. we called you 6 times in the room but you did not answer, we left the message on your given mobile number too, but you did not reply. When we called,You were inside the room with extra guest. So you lied. At check out time we told you everything and you accept that you lied to us. After all these we did not charge you for extra guest. You enjoyed your stay with your guest at our hotel, after that you wrote this review. So please think who is terrible. Thank you very much.

Staff was very friendly! Check in and check out were very quick and easy. I had stayed once before a couple years back and it was just as pleasant as an experience. Next time I am in Anaheim, I will certainly be returning to this hotel. Very affordable, very close to beach and theme parks, clean and just a very nice place to stay!

Thank you for staying with us. We are really sorry for any inconvenience. At check in time we informed you that we allow only one car/one room and you have to register that car at check in time. You didn't inform office that at night time you will park unregistered extra car in someone else assign parking. we were sold out and didn't have any extra parking. That guest has to wait outside in parking lot for long time because you parked your unregistered car to their parking.

The room has microwave and fridge. Bathroom is clean. The outside hallway is narrow and there is only 1 exit to walk downstairs. That is a bit inconvenient when the room is all the way towards the opposite end.
