We had a pleasant stay at Caza Hotel, and a big part of that was thanks to Aia at the front desk. She is an absolute gem—super sweet and genuinely welcoming. From the moment we arrived, she made us feel at home. Aia explained our booking clearly, offered us two room options to choose from, and even shared helpful insights about the city. Her warm and friendly demeanor really stood out—we’ve stayed in many hotels before, but I’ve never missed a front desk person like we did when she wasn’t there during our last two days.
She also provided us with some discount cards that could be used at nearby restaurants, which was a thoughtful touch and added convenience.
The room itself was okay, nothing exceptional but comfortable enough. The location of the hotel is great, and room service was good as well. We did experience a discrepancy in the bill, but it was handled promptly and professionally. Just a heads-up: billing issues can only be resolved after the manager arrives at 8 AM, which might be a slight inconvenience for early check-outs.
Overall, a good stay made memorable because of Aia’s exceptional hospitality.
