The room is tidy and comfortable,but the bus service is not very convenient, need to wait about 20mins for another bus to Disneyland, and walking to Disneyland takes about 20mins and it's about 10-15 mins walking distance to the shop/restaurant

Five I checked in the front desk asked me how many people were in, I told her 5. But then we only have 4 towels and when we asked for one extra the next front desk stated there was no one to send it upstairs but after I asked him to make a note that front desk and house keeping wasn’t communicating he sent 4 didn’t look clean towels by security. Beds weren’t comfy, room layout was weird, elevator was old and made noise. House Keeping on the ph wasn’t friendly, front desk at night wasn’t friendly and sounds like interrogator. The only good thing is the lobby

I love this hotel , the price is great from being only 8 mins away from Disneyland ! The room was spacious, comfy bed, amazing smell from the shampoo etc, the only thing was is a very slippery tub but they do provide a Matt with grip/loved that, staff was very friendly and gave a warm welcome, the parking is a plus ! You can enter/ exit with your room key. Overall definitely book ! Really nice hotel . U will not be disappointed

Everything was great except the room they had me in was for disabled and the shower head wasn’t adjustable and pointed straight down and I had to put It On the ground and it got water everywhere

The staff is excellent the front desk is very helpful. I left my bag inside the room and I contacted the front desk and the Hispanic front desk associate immediately contacted the head house keeper to retrieve my bag. I can’t say enough accolades to the person in the front desk and the head housekeeper. Thank you so much !

Very clean property and friendly staff. The beds seemed a little small, it said two queens but we had one full in the bedroom and a couch that folded out.

Perfect hotel but not for that price. Queens inn across the street can do it all the same but for a lot less. Minus the warm cookies of course. Parking is $35 and the hotel rooms are the same as queens inn. It’s an old hotel not anything brand new and fancy. Just a typical hotel room.
