'Perfect verblijf voor onze familie! Zeer vriendelijke ontvangst, en fijne attenties voor de gasten. Alles aanwezig en mooi zwembad. ( het weer was een beetje te fris om er gebruik van te maken.) wij hadden een zeer aangenaam verblijf in de “AK Green Villa”!'

'The house was fabulous. 5 minutes drive from whatever you might need and only about 45 minutes to the sites in Athens. 3 of the bedrooms have a walkout patio with pretty views of the Mediterranean and the town. There’s a lemon tree in the yard, you can squeeze all the lemonade you can drink. So much more I could say. But most of all. This is a great place for a family to stay'

'Our family of 12 adults (5 couples, 2 singles) booked one night here prior to our next day flight home. I wish we could have stayed longer. The property manager and host arranged helpful transport and saw that we had all that we needed. The property is spacious, extremely clean and lovingly maintained with guest comfort in mind. There are numerous bedrooms and baths - everyone had their pick- and many areas to relax both inside and on the outdoor porches. Shops, cafes and the beach itself was...

'Beautiful property. Only one issue: People smoking on their balcony/terrasse/ around the pool are really disgusting. You're quietly having a drink on the terrasse and then you recieve a big whip of smoke, you just wanna vomit. Sorry. In 2025, smoking should be totally banned on all hotel premises. This was the only negative point. Rest is wonderful. '

'A little misleading. Actually a two bedroom and a living room with two futon like beds. Beds not very comfortable. The A/C wasn’t able to keep the house cool and it caused the water pump to trip its breaker. It was clean though. '
