'Took three different room tries to get us in a room. First room we were to be in was having an ozone treatment. Second room had not been cleaned thoroughly. Third room which we finally stayed in had a disconnected fire alarm and no nozzle on the water connector. I took a picture of this. Tara who was working the front desk was excellent in trying to help us. She said management was going to offer us a discount but haven't seen it come through yet. '

'The hotel itself is comfortable but we had asked for late checkout the night before we were to leave and were told we could stay until 1pm. At 11am the housekeeper knocked on the door, and then at 11:35 the front desk called and said we needed to be out by noon or we’d be charged for a half day, and that there was nothing in the computer about late checkout. It was a very stressful end to our trip.'

'This hotel was a disaster from the beginning. Its office hours are 11am - 7pm. I had to call someone to be able to check in! It had a big warning sign on the office window that if you backed in to your parking space you would be towed! My room only had two lights on the wall as I think the main light on the ceiling had been replaced with a smoke alarm. The room was very dim as one of the 2 lights was only 25 watts. 'We stayed here several nights until we were able to get back into our home after it was damaged by water. So we had kittens and kids with us, and were all together a hot mess when we arrived. But the staff were all so friendly and patient. Our room was clean and comfortable, and breakfast was top-notch. 'I got there about 11pm and it took a few rings of the bell for them to come out and check me in. Once I got my key, I had to drive to behind the man building and it was kind of hard to see because there were no signs or street lights.
