Staff was on their phone or on break when I walked in. I was not made to feel welcome at all. Toiletries were used. Room seemed clean. Breakfast was borderline edible. Reconstituted eggs really need to be well mixed to give the appearance of food.

The room was comfortable and plenty big. The shower had no curtain and I asked for one three or four times. There were no towels in the bathroom. The bed was comfortable and the breakfast was OK.

So I understand the motel is a little older and could use a little more cleaning. But I love the location, excellent customer service, great, hostess in the dining facility, and the bed was excellent. I would certainly stay here again.

Would recommend in winter
Staff is friendly from the front desk to the back of the kitchen. Location is convenient and rooms are tidy. Decor could be much warmer and cozier in the lobby as it has a little hospital room energy. wifi is AWFUL so plan accordingly if you get access other places. winter prices were on par for value and overall I was happy with my stay.
