Probleem goed opgelost - zie omschrijving
Er valt weinig te zeggen want bij het inchecken midden in de nacht werd ons verteld dat ze overgeboekt waren. Terwijl we toch echt hadden betaald. Maar de manier waarop alles is opgelost is echt super. Vandaar ook mijn hoogste beoordelingen. De kamer kan ik niet beoordelen maar dat zal ongetwijfeld in orde zijn, Hilton kennende. Personeel bij de receptie was vriendelijk.

Jacuzzi and pool were both out of commission, not stated in the website while booking. Also, there was a room on our floor that was incredibly dirty from being worked on and created a lot of noise early in the morning. Lastly, multiple homeless in the area that we caught rummaging through the trash cans. Overall, absolutely do not recommend this hotel

I am not sure if the room was cleaned before we checked in. There was "splatter" near the desk, where you are able to eat, dirt/grease all over the outlets. One of the plugs for a USB did not work at all, it wouldn't even hold the plug, honestly looked like it was for show only. In the restroom there was a "qtip" sticker plastered to the vanity. The pool was out of service, which was not communicated during booking, although the hotel next door was offered for the pool, still very inconvenient.

Booking made because hotel had a pool, it was closed. Room was not cleaned, you had to request that service, but you were only advised of that policy when you complained. Why not at check in? They could not explain.

Property was under construction and we were never informed the whole reason we book the hotel was the pool and it was close do to construction the lighting was very poor lights were dim and flickering and hummed very loudly you had to go on a scavenger hunt to find the button to call the elevator and 16 dollars for breakfast per plate is pretty ridiculous but the staff was friendly and nice and pretty helpful

Nowhere in add. Did it say they were under construction? And nor did we get a discount for it being under construction 8. AM, they're banging with hammers. Drilling, when the front desk was asked to move us. It was an inconvenience for them. And then they waited until it was inconvenience for us to try to move us and they were absolutely. Unprofessional would highly would not recommend this proper

When we arrived, never having stayed there before, just parked at the front of the building to the far left, got out with our luggage and went to the front door, sign said "check in" with an arrow to the right, all the way to the right side of the building! Walked in and the check in desk was plopped right outside of a makeshift office area. Got two keys, went to the 3rd floor half way down the hall - both keys did not work. had to go back down and get them redone, was asked "they didn't work?" why would I go through all that if they worked?? Received a text asking how everything was in the room, let them know and all they replied with was "I sincerely apologize for all the inconvenience caused" I asked "why do you ask if that's all you're going to do?" no response has been received since. Traveled all day and end up with a very disappointing experience!

Under renovation. This wasn’t clear when I booked on Expedia. Dusty and messy hallways. Few amenities. Not that cheap considering the inconvenience. Could hear a contractor radio left on outside or downstairs all night. Hotel staff was super helpful and courteous. Doing a great job considering the challenges.

Hotel was a construction zone - pool shut down - air conditioning kept turning on in our room when outside temp was in 20s - tv's sound was erratic....on the other hand the staff was terrific - very cheerful and helpful. Very good food at breakfast and dinner.

Expedia really screwed this reservation up. Called Expedia and changed the dates of the reservation 2 weeks before. Staff at the Hilton finally got the reservation straight after waiting 1.5 hrs at front desk. Representative for Expedia was very rude on the phone. I had the emails confirming the change of reservations. The mistake was on Expedia’s end. Probably the last time I use Expedia. Staff at the Hilton garden inn went above and beyond expectations!! The lady at the front desk was rude, she seemed bothered that she had to get up and assist me, she did let me check in early at first she wasn’t going to let me so I asked if she can store my bags till we checked in? She didn’t want to do that so she checked me in but was not happy . Her body language and the look on her face makes me never want to stay there again.

The only thing is that some rooms or my room had little bits of cracking around the edge of the jacuzzi in the room and a little bit of wear and tire but just need to get those parts together. But overall just miner things to fix and also a little peeling patch on the ceiling.
