Unfortunately, our stay was extremely disappointing, and due to the conditions, I did not stay the second night.Upon arrival, the instructions were unclear regarding the lockbox location. We arrived after dark in 5-degree weather and were unable to immediately access the unit. We later discovered the lockbox was located on the side of the building rather than at the front entrance, which caused unnecessary frustration and delay.When we entered the apartment, it was uncomfortably cold. Although the thermostat was set to 60F, the temperature near the entry read 48F, and the unit never felt warm or welcoming. Even once we turned the heat on it never got to a comfortable temperature by the time we left at 9:30am the next day it was only up to 58F.Cleanliness was a major concern. The bathroom linens were dingy, visible hair was left on towels and in the shower, the carpet had noticeable stains and appeared not to have been vacuumed, and the fireplace ledge was dusty. Additionally, the bathroom sink was clogged and not draining properly. Somewhere within the building or unit there was a grinding / buzzing sound that persisted every 15seconds throughout our stay. There was also no coffee provided for the coffee maker.Overall, the property did not meet basic expectations for cleanliness, comfort, functionality, or communication, and the listing photos were misleading.
