'The space was all I needed. The location was in the heart of the car free old town area. More the enough shopping and restaurants were extremely close by. I took the bus from the Chania airport and walked maybe 5 to 10 minutes. Incredibly convenient location and easy to access.'

'I will focus only on areas of possible improvement which are: - lack of blackout drapes or their correct installation - lack of space for arrangement in the bathroom - cleaning up the main entrance which is very disturbing covered by anti-tourism posters and signs VERY IMPORTANT is to know that the hotel is in a pedestrian zone so no vehicle can get in to the street. 'We loved our stay at Riviera Suites. It was like new and very clean and impeccably finished. Also super convenient to everything in the harbor. The view of the Harbor was amazing. Not a complaint, but you do need to carry your luggage up the stairs as there isn’t an elevator, but that was a minor inconvenience. Overall a fantastic experience. '
