'Bij aankomst bij het hotel blijkt de tweepersoons kamer op hotels.com de duurdere kamer voor 4personen te zijn. Wanneer we vragen of we van kamer mogen wisselen is men hiertoe niet bereidt (scheelt $25 p/n).
Verder lijkt het hotel eerder een B&B met z'n alleen aan de ontbijttafel...
Locatie ten aanzien van et vliegveld is wel perfect'

'Bathroom toilet wouldn’t flush all the way, made the room smell bad, and yes we didn’t flush any toilet paper, informed the manager about it and nothing was done, wouldn’t stay here again.'

'The breakfast was fantastic! Johann is a wonderful and super helpful host! He went above and beyond to help us find places of interest and even gave us bath caps and towels to enjoy the thermal pools. Highly recommend!'

'The owners are fantastic hosts -- they go way above and beyond to give you the best experience!!! Not only do they provide a very clean and comfortable and extremely affordable place to stay, but they will walk around the community with you to show you highlights, they will help to arrange transportation, and offer suggestions of how and where to find what you are looking for!!
This is a very convenient place to stay if you are wanting to head into Otovalo. The Araque area and San Pablo area...
