'Alberto is a fantastic host who goes out of his way to help. His place is tucked into the top floor and has a side deck that is beautiful. One has to ascend to the bed area by a ships ladder but its very comfy. Also the shower is fabulous. A real treat to stay here. '

Nous avons apprécié la tranquillité et le confort des lieux. Le petit déjeuner est simple mais pratique. Et surtout Aldo vous accueille chaleureusement et est disponible pour vous renseigner. Précision utile : l'accès se fait par un escalier un peu raide et étroit.'

'The owner was fabulous with helping us navigate our stay and the staff was great. Breakfast was fabulous. The pool was great. Centrally located to everything we needed. We got lucky with parking but parking is an issue throughout Italy. It would be nice to have air conditioning because we couldn't keep the windows open due to foot traffic noise. great price point and lovely room. bathroom was large enough for two people to get ready. we really liked it.'

'One of the most lovely hotels I have ever stayed at. From check-in onwards, the staff was AMAZING – it was hard to leave as they felt like friends, and always had a smile on their faces. The room was gorgeous with a nice shower and great A/C. The breakfast was also wonderful. Would 100% stay here again, and would go out of my way to experience their hospitality.'

'We had a near perfect visit. There was an issue with the plumbing but they were on it. When repairs took more effort than expected, they compensated us for our he said inconvenience. Nicely done!'

'Staff is good and location is great. The need for improvement should be in amenities and infrastructure, ie breakfast, towels, soap, tissues and ventilation. Overall it is more a boutique hotel and shouldn’t be advertise as a five star establishment.'

'Hotel net buiten historisch centrum. Zeer net hotel,kamer ruim en schoon.Prima wifi en kluis/koelkast. Kamers worden iedere dag schoongemaakt. Ontbijt is naar keuze van menukaart,meer dan prima! Centrum ligt via achterdeur op paar minuutjes lopen. Aanrader bij verblijf in Lecce.'

'This was the worst experience I have ever had. The car pulled up in front of a garage with no indication there was a hotel inside the building. We found an elevator at the back with no signage indicating there was a hotel or where the hotel was located. Once we found the floor the hotel was on we could not enter as the door was locked. We finally got the hotel clerk on the intercom who tried to tell us how to enter, but we could not understand him until several tries. He would not come to the...

'The staff went over the top. Reception Guy, Moreno, met us even tho we were hours late & provided excellent recommendations. The Cleaning Lady, Elizabeth, was amazing with her assistance during our stay; showing how to open front door without having the scale stairs, offered extra key, AC & lighting assistance '
