Renovating in progress interfered with some things, like the bathroom by the pool area not open, and kitchen not having all the menu items for the breakfast meal. No food available after 2:00 pm. Would be nice if the hotel had a full service restaurant serving through the dinner meal hours. Floors in my room looked very dull and needed waxing. Hot water not working properly in the shower. Our bathroom had only 2 bath towels, but no hand towels or washcloths. Our beds had sheets but no blankets. The A/C was difficult to get the temperature set at a comfortable level. WiFi was too slow in our room, causing us to go by the pool or lobby. The lobby was beautiful, but the management should focus more attention on room conditions and guest amenities and services! The staff was friendly and helpful with trying to accommodate our needs. I liked the “Grab” service which made it easy to order a Starbucks drink and have it delivered to our room!
