'We wanted to say something at the swimmingpool. Nobody came to us so i had to come to the guy if we could order something. Not a good start. There is alot of constuction around the hotel so you dont get a Nice few. The distance to the centre is very far away from the hotel. The room is clean and new. You can hear the people who are walking in the hallway. Not my best experience. Lucky i stay 1 day only '

'Had to replace the TV to get it fixed. They did put a loaner TV in while repairs were on-going. The internet was absolute crap. Internet was out for a whole two days of my short stay. When internet did come back it was slow and weak signal. I was actually shocked at all of this because in the past I have had decent stays, I mean the internet has went out in the past but not for over 48 hours. I never thought I would rely on the WWW as much as I go but that is the world we live in today, I do...

'Overall the hotel is ok but they gave hard time to my son when he checking in, they are asking about hotel voucher that is not even issued, make story short , I called Expedia and got canceled and rebooked but the stress that my Grandson has not acceptable, because he did car racing the whole day but he can't check in. Took almost 3 hours before they fixes the issue. The room type that I booked is no longer available so I assumed the over booked.'

'our room was very spacious and clean with alot of toiletries available in the room. My kids enjoyed staying in the bunk beds. The hotel is closed to entertainment ex. casino nearby bars and many different restaurants/food to chose from in the main level.'

'The hotel is in a good location, but the facility is disgusting. The kitchen staff were very good and attentive but I got sick off the food and saw a large rat run from one side to the other. The front desk staff were not very welcoming. Hot water was just warm. The air con did not cool to set temperature. It was a very bad experience overall. The only highlight was the restaurant waiter but the cleanliness conditions of the restaurant were not acceptable.'

'We came at this hotel and instantly it felt good, very friendly and helpfull staff very clean everywhere. The pool was small but also clean, the room same high quality and clean with shower comfort from grohe just like home👍.you really could see that the staff do all efforts to give there guest a warm welcome in a cleaned room..you get alot of value for youre money. we certainly come back here at the next time'
