'Service very bad'

'We wanted to say something at the swimmingpool. Nobody came to us so i had to come to the guy if we could order something. Not a good start. There is alot of constuction around the hotel so you dont get a Nice few. The distance to the centre is very far away from the hotel. The room is clean and new. You can hear the people who are walking in the hallway. Not my best experience. Lucky i stay 1 day only '

'We came at this hotel and instantly it felt good, very friendly and helpfull staff very clean everywhere. The pool was small but also clean, the room same high quality and clean with shower comfort from grohe just like home👍.you really could see that the staff do all efforts to give there guest a warm welcome in a cleaned room..you get alot of value for youre money. we certainly come back here at the next time'

'Die Zimmer waren sauber und ordentlich. Die Ausstattung völlig ausreichend und gut gepflegt. Das Personal war super alle waren sehr freundlich, hilfsbereit und haben den Aufenthalt angenehm gemacht. Der Pool war sauber. Die Lage des Hotels ist ebenfalls praktisch: Es liegt zwar in der Nähe der Hauptstraße, befindet sich aber in einer Seitenstraße, sodass es ruhiger ist wobei ich ein Zimmer hatte, das nicht zur Straße hinausging. Alles in allem ein sehr angenehmer Aufenthalt ich würde definitiv...

'Our family enjoyed our stay at Whiterock. The kids used the water theme park and slides. The 3 villas we rented were clean but could see outdated bathrooms. Not a lot of resort guests, so it felt exclusive for our family. Overall, we had a great time.'

'The place was huge, the rooms were clean and spacious, toilets were clean. They have 5 pools. Good view of both the mountains and the sea.'
