'Although the room interior and amenities is superb, some supplies are lacking like no hair dryer, no spare toilet papers and the provided shower gel in the bathroom seems like it was diluted. Also lack of overnight staff especially housekeeping. Overall, this hotel is very clean and has very courteous staff. '

The only thing to improve the drainage from the shower room, heater from the shower & to clean the AC (AC is not that cold). If you are a huge foreigner (like extra large & above) I won’t recommend this place because the toilet area is really small. Overall our stay is really pleasant. Glad this place is clean. The buffet on our floor was the best buffet me, my son, my wife and her Filipino family had ever tried. The kids fun center was also nice and so was the pool. Everything about this hotel was great.'
