'We booked and it wasn’t ready at 2pm and then we got (they said) upgraded but our room was musty and right near the pub and parking was miles away and it was pouring. We went to the Lorne hotel for dinner which was amazing and came back and we were locked out of our room (almost midnight) and it took reception over 20+ minutes to arrive. We had a buffet. Breakfast included also and it was awful. There was a group of 15 of us so thank goodness we had company as the accomodation was a 2/10'
