'This bright, well lit, and well equipped apartment uses the available space wisely. Lots of light from big windows, kitchen big enough for small table to eat, small desk in living room and ample closet space! Somewhat noisy at night due to inner court yard and strangers ringing door bell excessively one night. Can be a shoddy neighborhood at night, but no problem during daylight hours. Automatic electric locking system at apartment door can be disconcerting but is most certainly secure!...

'L'appartement a une grande qualité : il est situé à 15 minutes à pied du marché et du centre. Il est assez frais même sans clim, grand et le wifi est très bon. Le reste est plutôt négatif. L'appartement est très très sombre, on a l'impression qu'il fait nuit en permanence, le ménage est limite, il y a très peu de vaisselle, les plaques fonctionnent par intermittence, la porte de la douche est cassée laissant l'eau sortir de la douche, le balai des WC est cassé et surtout le quartier n'est pas...

'This apartment was perfect for exploring Bilbao! It is a wonderful city and our hosts were very accommodating. The apartment was comfortable and clean. We spent several evenings with the patio doors open, playing cards, drinking wine and listening to the sounds of the lively street below. Good options for pintxos, drinks in easy walking distance, as well as a grocery store. We walked to the Guggenheim, the Artxanda Funicular and Casio Viejo. Would definitely stay here again!!'

'Being a central location comes with ups and downs: you are close to attractions and restaurants, but it can be noisy at night, especially during weekends. The apartment has a generous size, was clean and has new appliances. Not that we needed this feature, but for those who do: the apartment is handicapped accessible.
