    A Ray of Sunshine beschikt over 3 slaapkamers en 3 badkamers. De eerste slaapkamer is onlangs gerenoveerd en beschikt over een kingsize bed, een eigen badkamer en een flatscreen-tv. De tweede slaapkamer is voorzien van een kingsize bed, een eigen badkamer en een flatscreen-tv. De derde slaapkamer is voorzien van 2 aparte bedden, een flatscreen-tv en een eigen badkamer.

    Deze woning heeft een ruime omslagrond oprit. Aan de linkerkant van het huis is een poort die gasten kunnen gebruiken om toegang te krijgen tot de tropische achtertuin en de voorkant van het kanaal van Bimini Bay. Geniet van het verwarmde privézwembad en de spa omgeven door weelderige tropische landschapsarchitectuur en het prachtige uitzicht op het water. Er is ook een eigen steiger voor uw boot, zodat u kunt gaan vissen, varen of zelfs kajakken. Dit huis is perfect voor uw volgende vakantie naar Anna Maria Island. Spring Break

Wonderful house!! Great location. Basketball court was a hit with the 12-17yr olds. Hot tub and pool were great, house is very spacious and 3 bathrooms make a huge difference. Would book again.

Spring Getaway

We loved A Ray of Sunshine Close to everything on the island, on a canal. Very spacious 3 bedrooms and 3 baths. Kitchen had everything you would need and was user friendly. Beautiful pool, outdoor eating area, bikes, kayaks and even a firepit(didn’t use, but was available). You can’t go wrong, if you rent this property.

Wonderful property!

We loved our stay on Anna Maria Island. We were apprehensive with the location since we’ve always rented condos right on the beach, but it was a short 5 minute walk to the beach and the road to cross wasn’t super busy. It was wonderful having the pool at the house if we didn’t feel like dealing with the sand. We used the kayaks to go out into the bay a few times and even got to see some manatees up close and personal. The house was well-equipped with towels, beach gear, etc. A perfect match for our family of four. Thanks!!

Another great stay on Anna Maria Island!

Very nice home with fantastic backyard including pool, patio, grill, spa, sport court, and canal dock. Place was clean and bright, and comes with everything you'd need. Especially nice was the onsite availability of bikes, beach chairs, umbrellas, pull cart, etc.

Great location easy access to beaches and all the shops!

This rental was perfect for my wife and our friends. Easily one of the better rentals we have had. Convenient location to beaches and shops, also the amenities for the property were outstanding.

Great house with great amenities

My only complaint was lots of work going on during our stay. A dock was being taken out which was a day and a half of noise and another day a bathroom had work done and the shower couldn’t be used for 24 hours. The men working also had no masks. Both were annoying. Also keep lights on. A few large cockroaches spotted. Other then that the house was great

Did not disappoint!

This was the best rental we have had on AMI to date and we have stayed almost a dozen times. Excellent and conveniently located close to shops and resto's, 4 min walk to beach access and amazing amenities. House had some older charm but is welcomed as a lot of AMI is being converted to much bigger and danting homes. Easy access for my older parents, beautiful grounds with amazing access to canal. Looking forward to renting again for sure.

Amazing Three Days!

We recently rented this property when our trip to Mexico was canceled. Wow....do things happen for a reason! We had the MOST relaxing, stress-free, fun three days at this home. A true vacation! Everything was perfect: the pool is SO clean and amazing, the basketball court was so cool for my three teen sons, we used the kayaks several times, the beds are super comfortable, quiet location, and the management company is amazing with their communication. You are walking distance to the beach, amazing restaurants and shops too! We loved the lobster mac n' cheese pizza at Slim's, the breakfast skillets at Ginny and Jane's, the donuts at Donut Experience! We rented a golf cart, but you really didn't need it with this location. We used our rental car to go to Publix and get groceries. I think that would have been tough with the golf cart if you are buying a lot. There is a little convenience store around the corner too. I would say the only thing that probably needs to be replaced is a beach umbrella. Maybe it was there and we couldn't find it? But the sun was pretty hot, so we only went to the beach for an hour or so at a time, and were happy with coming back to the house. Although maybe my sons hid the umbrella because they just wanted to stay at the house the entire time?? That could be! Honestly, we would LOVE to rent this house again! Would not hesitate for a second to come back to Anna Maria Island too! With the forecast of snow tomorrow, we just need to get over the depression of being back in the cold! Thanks so much!

Perfect house for the fam. Kids loved the basketball court and pool and the house is well laid out and was well appointed. Walking distance to restaurants and the beach. We will be back.

Beautiful property in a perfect location on Anna Maria.

My family of 5 spent a beautiful week in Anna Maria. This property was ideally located close to all of the amenities on Pine Avenue with easy access to the beach. We spent hours in the pool, hot tub and playing on the sport court. The property is located on a quiet dead-end street so the kids biked with no worries. The beach is a short 5+ minute walk and the provided cart/wagon made the trip easy. The house has plenty of room to spread out and relax.

Amazing stay on AMI

We come to AMI every year and are always looking for unique and amazing places to stay. This place is perfect for a family or group with plenty of room to hang out. The home is so bright and cheery and has plenty of storage space and fully stocked kitchen! The backyard with pool, fire-pit, and basketball court is amazing! If you are looking for a beautiful house on a canal next to the water where you can pull your boat up and enjoy your backyard island oasis.. look no further! The house was so great we didn't even have to leave to enjoy the island! The house is a short walk to the beach and in a centrally located spot on the island. We had a few questions about the home and island while we were there and management, Amanda, was quick to respond! Thanks! Will definitely be back!

Lots of issues.

I waited a few weeks after staying here to write a review so I could cool down. First the positives: 1) House was clean and quaint. Perfect size for our family of four. Well decorated, big kitchen, nice size pool. 2) TV's in every room and room for all of us 3) Quiet neighborhood. Only about a five minute walk to the beach. 4) Kayaks, fishing poles and other extra amenities. Negatives 1) When we came, our primary "wants" was a heated pool and hot tub. I confirmed this with the management company prior to coming, as we've had issues with houses in the past. I was assured that we would have no issues with the heating. Upon arrival everything was ice cold (50 degrees in both the pool and the hot tub). The propane was out and we couldn't heat it and there were promises of a refill "as soon as they could". That didn't happen. We ended up disconnecting the tank, bringing it into Bradenton and filling it ourselves. What a waste of half of a day. When the (very small and undersized) tank was gone in a day, we were unhappy. It was not refilled DURING OUR ENTIRE STAY AT THE HOUSE. I was mad (to say the least) as we were promised a heated pool and hot tub. I was told at one time, by the management company, "our hands are tied". I was frustrated to say the least. 2) Upon arrival, the key was supposed to be in a box. It wasn't. It took us calling to find out where and how to find the key. 3) The basketball court was awesome, so fun! However, the net was so low that the ball would often bounce out and into the canal. We spent a ton of time jumping in the kayaks trying to find the basketballs. If they could raise the net, it would be awesome. 4) When we were there it was January and it was cold most nights. The heating system was so loud it kept half the house up at night. 5) The water heating system. If the washing machine or dishwasher was running, there was no way you could take a shower. Also, if one person was in the shower, nobody else could take a shower at the same time because there wasn't enough hot water 6) There were no extra blankets in the house. It was so cold and we could have used something besides sheets and a very think blanket on top of the beds. **The pool heating was being looked into by the time we left-the controls, the propane tank size, etc. Hopefully this will be worked out in the near future. ** I think this house has potential, unfortunately we were not satisfied with our stay.
