Nieuwe luxe-professioneel ontworpen / ingericht, zwembad / spa / prive tegenover het strand

Deze gloednieuwe verbouwing op het Anna Maria-eiland in de Anna Maria-stad heeft 3 slaapkamers, 3 badkamers plus een loft die professioneel is ingericht, met ultramoderne kwarts-aanrechtbladen, JennAir professionele roestvrijstalen apparaten, brede houten plank met planken vloeren, kraal boord plafonds. Alle badkamers hebben marmeren vloeren met mandweefsel en kwarts-tellers en er is een Whirlpool-wasmachine en -droger. Het huis heeft alles wat nodig is voor een perfecte strandvakantie. Breng je kleding, toiletartikelen en zonnebrandcrème mee. U vindt nieuw beddengoed en handdoeken voor bad. Onze keuken is goed uitgerust met KitchenAid-gebruiksvoorwerpen, Keurig-koffiezetapparaat, KitchenAid-menger, broodrooster, Macy's hotelopvangschotels, kopjes, bestek, bestek en kookgerei.

We hebben twee grote slaapkamers. Beide hebben een kingsize bed, een tv met een eigen Franse deur die leidt naar het zwembad en een spa met een eigen suite. De andere slaapkamer, die ook op de eerste verdieping is, heeft openslaande deuren naar de voortuin, ook met een groot comfortabel kingsize bed en tv. De derde slaapkamer boven heeft een Queen size bed, tv, grote kast en toegang tot de 3e badkamer met dubbele wastafel en een aparte doucheruimte. De loft heeft 2 aparte bedden die uniek zijn ontworpen, een tv en directe toegang tot de badkamer op de bovenverdieping. Deze loft heeft ook toegang tot het terras op de bovenverdieping met uitzicht op de voortuin. Grote woonkamer met grote bank en stoel en een grote flatscreen-tv. Eethoek met kroonluchter stoelen 6 comfortabel evenals grote kookeiland dat plaats biedt aan 4. Wifi-kabel / internet is aanwezig.

Buiten kunt u ontspannen op de overdekte Lanai met comfortabele stoelen of genieten van het zwembad en de verwarmde spa. Er zijn ook speelgoed voor in het zwembad en stoelen voor op het strand, plus een wagen om alles te hallucineren. Er is ook een buitendouche om af te spoelen na een drukke dag spelen op het strand. Er zijn veel verschillende soorten palmbomen op het terrein, waaronder de kokospalmen die de achtertuin als een eilandoase doen voelen! Geniet van een diner aan het zwembad of ontspan in de spa en in het donker onder de palmbomen in de privétuin. Vergeet niet om naar de sterrenhemel te kijken om sterren te kijken terwijl u in het zwembad drijft of in de hot tub zit.

Favorite stay on AMI so far

We had the most perfect week staying at Reel Lucky! We decided to fly this time instead of the long 13 hour drive. I was really nervous leaving all our beach equipment behind but Jay’s house had everything we needed and more! Wagon, chairs, umbrella’s, floats, beach towels, toys and not to mention a very well stocked house! Clean, comfy beds, a beautiful pool view and an easy walk to the beach! Communication before arrival was great! Jay greeted us upon check in, gave good advice to my daughter and her friend and even at my request came and gave us a tour of his house next door (White Pearl…so cute)! Can’t wait to return and bring family along to rent both houses!

First time visit to AMI - exceeded expectations

This was our first trip to AMI and this property was a grand slam. The house was immaculate. Everyone was comfortable and had enough room. Location was fantastic. Private pool was great and the spa light shows were a hit.

Fantastic AMI Beach Home

Jay’s house is perfect in every way! The house itself is newly renovated and sparkling clean. The beds are very comfortable, the kitchen is stocked and the sound system made our time in the pool very enjoyable. The house is directly across the street from a beach access point and a short walk to Pine. We can’t wait to return!

A Great Stay!

This house is a great stay! Close walk to the beach and great location just a short distance from Pine. Beautiful interior and exterior!! 3 bedrooms and 3 bath...ample space. Lots of extras...spices, coffee filters, cleaner, paper towels,laundry detergent, beach equipment...etc. made it nice not to have to purchase. Hosts were amazing in communications before and during our stay. We will be back!

Perfect beach getaway with amazing kitchen amenities

We had an incredible stay at this home! The kitchen was one of the best we’ve ever had in a vacation rental—fully stocked with all the equipment and spices we needed to cook great meals. My husband and I had our vacation when “Debby” decided to make its visit to Florida. We arrived day after and Jay (owner) even showed up to clean the pool out. Amazing Property & Location

Our family stayed in this property for our 2 week vacation and could not be happier. The house is amazing with all the features we needed and a beautiful backyard with an amazing swimming pool. The location of the house is one of the best in the island with a very short walk to the beach. The host is very attentive to details and made sure that we had everything we needed to enjoy our stay. The house has everything that you will need during your stay and more. We have rented houses in AMI several times before and this is by far the best one of all. We definetely recommend this property.

Fun Stay in AMI

This was the first time our family visited AMI. The house was exactly as listed and was stocked more than other VRBO houses we’ve rented. There were enough paper towels, dish pods, laundry pods and toilet paper for the week. Very appreciated when you are flying to a destination vs driving. The kids loved the pool and the proximity to the beach was great for kids. We would definitely recommend this property to anyone looking to visit AMI.

Wonderful Family Thanksgiving

Our family spent Thanksgiving week at this beautiful home. It was everything we hoped for and more. The 2 master bedrooms on the main level was amazing and the kids loved the privacy of the loft area and 3rd bedroom. The outdoor oasis was beautiful and included a heated pool and amazing spa. It was a short distance to an amazing beach and a bonus that beach equipment was available for our use. Check-in and check-out was simple and it was nice to know our host was available, if needed.

The Best Property in AMI

We are regular visitors to Anna Maria Island (AMI) and always stay at a vacation rental. By far, this is the best property on AMI we’ve stayed in. Excellent location on the quieter north side, but close to the shops and cafes on Pine and a 5 minute walk to the beach. The home is clean, crisp and updated with a great island vibe interior. Every aspect was ever so functional, inside and out. Jay is a great host and oh so quick to respond to any message. Beautiful!!

Wonderful stay

We loved our stay at Reel Lucky! The house is beautifully decorated, clean, and well appointed. The loft area was the perfect hangout for our tweens. We all loved the pool and spa and spent many hours there. The house is a short walk to the beach, the perfect spot for viewing the sunset and searching for sand dollars. We appreciated that carts, chairs, umbrellas, and boogie boards were available for our use. We’ve been to AMI several times, and we all agreed this was our favorite rental. We’ll be back!

Another amazing family vacation!

We stayed for a second consecutive year with our family and the property continues to impress us. Jay is a wonderful and generous host. Truly 5-Star Worthy!

My family of 5 spent a spectacular week on AMI and this beautiful home could not have been more perfect! It offers everything you could possibly want for a family vacation. Just a 5 min walk to the nicest beaches on AMI (beach carts, beach chairs, and umbrellas provided). It is also located within easy walking distance of the Pine Avenue restaurants & shops. The lushly landscaped private pool and spa was without question our favorite feature!

A Perfect Place

We have been coming to Anna Maria for almost 10 years each time trying different homes. This is the first time I want to come back to the same place. Everything about this home was perfect.
