Vakantiehuis met zwembad / kanaal voor / 3 blokken naar de Golf strand op Anna Maria Island

3 korte blokken aan de suiker zand stranden van de Golf van Mexico en 5 blokken naar Tampa Bay. Dit traditionele huis in Florida ligt aan een gracht, met fietsen, vistuig en een kajak voor recreatief gebruik. 2 slaapkamers, 3 badkamers, woonkamer, keuken en de traditionele Florida kamer met uitzicht op een groot terras en het zwembad en onze dock op de gracht. We hebben ook een beschutte veranda om te ontspannen op warme zonnige middagen, of je kan je 's ochtends een kopje koffie drinken en zitten op het dok en kijken naar de vissen springen. De perfecte plek om te ontspannen; veel dieren, prachtige stranden en een rustige buurt met vriendelijke, behulpzame buren.
Er zijn een lokale winkel op de hoek, postkantoor, bar, restaurants en winkels op loopafstand. U kunt de gratis trolley te nemen rond het eiland, naar de supermarkt, bibliotheek en meer winkels en restaurants. Para-zeilen, scooter huren, kajakken, fietsen, en vooral zwemmen in de prachtige Golf van Mexico, maken dit een ideale locatie. Attracties van het eiland zijn de Asolo Florida State Theater, Mote Marine Laboratory, Selby Botanische Tuinen en luxe winkels in Saint Armand's Key. Er zijn ook verschillende natuurreservaten in de omgeving om te wandelen en het observeren van de natuur. Let op: ons is een 'groen' huis waar we gebruik van ongeparfumeerde producten, zoals zeep en wasmiddel. We proberen dit te bieden voor alle gasten, echter, moeten we opraken, dan koopt u alleen ongeparfumeerde producten meestal "vrije en duidelijk" of ongeparfumeerde voor gebruik in het huis genaamd. Wonderful Stay!

We enjoyed being right on the canal (dolphins came through our first day!) and having our own pool while still being a close walk to the beach. The house was clean and the perfect size for our small family, the neighborhood was quiet, and the property owners were so nice and quick to answer any questions.

Great location! Very short walk to the beach. House was stocked with beach towels, all kitchen necessities, beach and pool toys as well. The brand new appliances (washer/dryer/microwave) were great. Dock on the canal was nice and my kids fished during the week. Pool was a good size and it was nice that the house and pool were all one level. We do wish the furniture was more comfortable. Specifically the tv room sofa and primary room bed. TV’s in each room would also be nice for relaxing after a long pool day before bed. Overall, a nice house with very good location. Property managers are quick to respond to any needs. Check in was very easy as well.

Came back a second year!

We just take one vacation a year and we had such a good experience with this place at AMI that we came back for a second year! The best thing about this place for us is that it’s fragrance free. No scented plug ins and they washed the towels and bedding in fragrance free soap. It’s in walking distance from the best beach! We watched the sunset every night. The pool is amazing! We enjoyed kayaking in the canal. Things seem pretty fixed up after the hurricane here. Thank you again! We love this place!

Perfect Vacation Stay

This home was perfect for our family getaway to Anna Maria. It is clean, close to the beach and the pool with the view of the canal was wonderful. Margeret and Jim were quick to respond to any communication prior to our arrival as well as during our stay. Would definitely stay again! Delightful :)

We had a lovely stay at Simplicity Cottage. We enjoyed relaxing in the pool overlooking the canal. The cottage was supplied with many extras from beach chairs, umbrellas, etc. to make our stay easy. All the renovations that were done were beautiful. We were so pleased with our stay and can’t wait to return!

Wonderful stay

My husband and I with our two children stayed for a week. The cottage was tidy and had everything we needed. The pool and outdoor area were our favorite! It was such a short walk to the beach! Amazing vacation! We are so thankful!

This house was GREAT! We used the kitchen to cook meals, grilled fish by the pool, biked around the island, kayaked in the canals, made smoothies with fruit from the farmers market! We were very thankful to find this house as we are chemically sensitive and don’t like plug ins and air fresheners and this place did not have those. The owners were great when we asked about a fishing pole, they went above and beyond. If I were to do it again, I think we wouldn’t have gotten a rental car and gotten a ride from the airport instead to save money because we left the car parked the whole trip I made memories with my parents and husband that I’ll treasure forever. I really hope we can come back!

Enjoyed our stay (despite hurricane threat!) and the house provided everything we needed. House is clean, beds are comfortable, aircon cold, and just a short walk to best beach on island - who needs more ! Outside, the garden has shade, the good sized pool is clean and we saw Manatee and all sort of other wildlife from the dock. Our stay was interrupted by hurricane Idalia, but the owners kindly provided use of a condo a few miles inland until It passed. Fortunately the house, and AMI generally, wasn’t affected so we could resume our holiday. We have stayed on AMI many times and this house is in the perfect location - a quiet area, away from the crowds, and beach visits without parking issues.

Great Location

We loved the house and all of its amenities. Being able to walk to the sunset each night was nice and the neighborhood is very quiet. We were surprised by how spacious the house and the pool were. It really added to our vacation being able to kayak and fish right from our own private dock.

Great Experience

We loved our stay at this property! The house comes as advertised, very clean, within close proximity to all of the main attractions on AMI! The house has tons of gear and toys you will need for the beach/pool, is a quick walk to Bean Point, and a short golf cart drive or bike ride to Pine St. It was awesome having our own dock to hang out at, as we got to see a manatee come cruising back and hang out right in front of our dock. Also being able to kayak right off the dock and going out to the bay was a great new experience for us and our kids as it only took about 15 minutes kayaking to make it there. The pool is huge, has a great screened in porch to eat off of, and plenty of space to move around out back. The owners were great and easy to communicate with leading up to our stay as we had no issues once there. The carport was also great if you rent a golf cart for the week and need to keep it cool or out of a Florida storm. I would definitely recommend this home for anyone wanting to enjoy a great stress free vacation and will definitely look to rent again on our future visits! Thank Jim and Margaret
