The Salty Beach Cottage: Canal-front pool home with local personality!

Welcome to The Salty Beach Cottage, a comfortable and inviting family vacation home. Decorated with a refreshing palette of crisp whites, refreshing greens and ocean blues, this island-styled home has the power to enchant the eye and soothe the soul.

The Salty Beach Cottage is brimming with an eclectic mix of art from full-color vintage Florida travel advertisements to original artwork. The large mirrors are covered with shells that the owners children found on our own beaches. Try shelling for yourself as just a short walk away are some of the very best Gulf Coast beaches. Upon your return from the beach, take a dip in your own heated pool.

Sleeping arrangements include a king sized bed in the master, a queen sized bed in the guest room and children's bedroom with 2 sets of twin-over-full bunk beds. There are two full bathrooms which include a stand up shower en suite in the master and a tub/shower combo in guest bath. Additionally there is an outdoor shower by the pool. Entertainment includes flat screen televisions in the master, bunk room and great room. A plethora of board games, puzzles and outdoor games are at your disposal providing plenty of ways to reconnect.

DOCK/BOATS: The dock is small and there is not room for a boat.

--DISCLAIMER: Depth of the canals and channels vary depending on tides, weather, and other circumstances beyond our control. At times this can result in a water level that is too low to support watercraft. It is the responsibility of the guest to review forecasts and make alternate arrangements for watercraft as necessary.

PARKING: 4 cars maximum are able to park at this home. We ask our guests to please plan accordingly and coordinate with your group. There is no overnight parking available for additional vehicles. *Note that the garage is owner-use only and is not available for parking.

***OVERCROWDING CONSEQUENCES***
Maximum occupancy of rental homes on Anna Maria Island are set by the Cities and are strictly enforced. An occupant is any person staying overnight, regardless of the number of nights. Due to recent issues of overcrowding in the area, if maximum occupancy is exceeded during your stay, a $1000 (one thousand dollar) overcrowding fee will be charged to the payment method on file and your party will be immediately evicted. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation to keep Anna Maria Island enjoyable for everyone.
