Banyan Beach is steps to the sugary white sand beach of the Gulf of Mexico on Anna Maria. With no streets to cross and west of Gulf Drive, your vacation oasis couldn't be any closer to the sand, surf and sea.

The main living level features a stylish kitchen complete with ample workspace for the cook in the family. The kitchen overlooks a dining room with seating for eight which is adjacent to the comfortable living room. The living space is bathed in natural light and offers patio doors to the verandah with more dining for six and cozy outdoor sectional lounge seating.

On this floor, you will find four of the five bedrooms including two king bedrooms, one with an ensuite bathroom, and two queen bedrooms. One of the queen bedrooms also features two additional twin bunk beds over the queen. The third floor is home to the master suite with a king bed, ensuite bathroom and an attached bonus room with twin bunkbeds. Each bedroom includes a TV. Our professional linen service provides crisp linens in the bedrooms and plush towels in the bathrooms. Your guests will stay connected with complimentary WIFI and enjoy all of the comforts of home, including a washer and dryer.

The tropically landscaped backyard is your own private oasis for relaxation and fun. Take a dip in the heated pool and relax poolside in a lounge chair while enjoying the island breezes. An outdoor shower allows you to rinse the sand from the beach. The outdoor kitchen with built in grill makes dining at the poolside patio table an excellent way to enjoy a meal. Additional outdoor fun includes ping pong, corn hole and a putting green.

Pool level fun continues in the game room which is complete with a pool table, arcade game, and large screen TV.

Banyan Beach is easy walking distance to Gulf Ave, restaurants, and the free island trolley, which travels the entire length of the 7 miles of the island. Hop on and off at your leisure and explore shopping, dining and the beaches. The perfect location for your next beach vacation!

Anna Maria Life Vacation Rentals will charge your credit card for your deposit payment. You will also see a separate charge by VRBO for their service fee.

Your final balance is due 60 days prior to your arrival date. We will send you a final payment reminder 90 days prior to arrival. We do not automatically charge your card for your final balance.

The instructions for making your final payment will be included in your final payment reminder.
