'The property was clean and inviting upon arrival. It is a great location for walking most places we wanted to go on the island. We arrived earlier than expected so we called and they were able to let us in a little early. The call service was easy to contact. The code didn’t work to get in, but we called and they were able to give us the code to get the key. There isn’t much insulation between this condo and the one above. We could hear little feet running and even conversations of the upstairs...

'We had a wonderful weekend at this property! It is close to the beach and walking distance from a ton of restaurants. Communication was great and they were super friendly. It was a rainy weekend so the only thing we wished is that the TV in the bedroom was a smart TV but that didn't bother us too much as the living room tv was. We usually barely turn on the TV on vacation but the rain left us with not much to do. Lovely property, it was clean and as described in the listing. We'd definitely...

'This place was close to the pier, so it was fun watching the construction. You really need to rent a golf cart if staying very long there. Pool was right outside the door! We used the free bus to go to Holmes Beach!'

'This cottage was perfect for our family. Be sure to note they have beach towels, sunscreen, chairs and the whole nine yards for the beach to use so you do not have to bring it. The Jack and Jill shower has some tricky issues to get the right temperature so be sure to help your kids with that! We would stay here again in a heartbeat. It couldn’t be any closer to the beach. Perfect for any family of 4-5 people. Very happy with it.'

'The location is perfect! When you walk out the front door you can see the gulf through the trees that lead to the beach. It is the easiest walk to get to the beach and takes less than a minute. I could have spent our whole stay watching the waves, swimming, and seeing the sunset over the gulf. The beach never got crowded because there is no public parking on the street. A few people would walk in front of the house to use the beach access path but it was always quiet. Shops and restaurants are a...
