I discussed this with the manager the following day and he accepted that the lady did have problems in explaining things. Note that anyone arriving without an operating telephone would not be able to get the code for the lock box!!! '

'After waking up in the morning the room and our clothes felt a bit dampy. Maybe because the room is located in the cellar. It had good coffee and tea facilities. The doorlock of the shared bathroom was loose / not working well. By closing the door from the outside and nobody was inside the door went locked. For tall people the ceiling of the bathroom could be to low. We had a good breakfast and the staff was very helpful.'

'It’s an old building on a hill but the inside is nicely renovated and in a good state. Rooms are nice and clean and beds are very good. Breakfast is nicely done on request the English or Scottish way. Service is excellent and staff (Terry) is very friendly and helpful.'
