De bediening in de restaurant was erg gast vrij. Eten was heel veel variatie. Nette hotel .alleen de geluid isolatie was minder. verder was alles geweldig.

Er wordt continu gevraagd of je wat wilt drinken bij het zwembad en wordt naar je gebracht. Entertainment van top kwaliteit normaliter zou je in Nederland voor de voorstellingen apart moeten betalen hier is alles in de prijs inbegrepen. Het eten is gevarieerd en lekker!

Prettig verblijf en een aanrader dit hotel
Wij waren 2 nachten in het hotel en hebben het zeer naar de zin gehad, mooi hotel, schoon en vriendelijk personeel die je ondanks de COVID periode zeer vriendelijk te woord stonden en je het naar de zin maakten. Mooie ruime kamer met balkon keken uit op het zwembad en tuin. Ruime badkamer met inloop douche . Minibar goede bedden een zeer prettig verblijf en we kunnen dit hotel zeker aanbevelen.

All the staff I dealt with were very friendly, helpful and attentive. Unfortunately the building condition needs a lot of attention and refurbishment. During my two nights stay, I had a problem with AC, Safe and the room telephone. As the staff were very helpful they tried to fix these issues as soon as possible and attended to them all, but I would rather to stay without involving all these people. Guest relation, support staff were very helpful as well as they were following all these issues with me and also asked for my feedback so that they can take this with higher management. I do recall that Bushra was following that with me and asked me for all these issues and helped my in forwarding my comments . if it hadn't been for the good staff of this hotel my stay would have been really bad. Thank you again to all the staff who dealt with me including Bushra and I hope the management will work on their Building and furniture condition to get this hotel where it's truly belong, 5 star excellent hotel. thank you

We just spent 6 days and it was 6 days too short! We absolutely loved this place and have to comment on the quality of staff above all. The food choices were incredible and fresh. If you want deep fried garbage then go someplace else. We were very surprised at the quality of the table wines and the choices of spirits at the various lounges/bars. While the building itself may feel a little dated, it is in top shape and well maintained. As an example of service; a concierge came around in the beach asking for feedback and we mentioned we would like an extra blanket. 2 hours later when we went back into our room; the blanket was there. Our housekeeper ; Merel kept our room spotless and Serik, our regular evening waiter was incredibly friendly and engaging. I’ve also have never seen doormen hustle like this guys. We cannot wait to come back and bring friends!

Ich war jetzt bereits das 23.mal im Concorde de luxe Gast. Es ist gefühlt mein zweites Zuhause anders kann man dieses wundervolle Hotel nicht beschreiben!! Das Hotel ist für mich das Beste in Lara. Qualität auf sehr hohem Niveau. Sehr schöne Atmosphäre und sehr gut eingerichtet, es gibt viele Freizeitangebote und einen super Service. Das essen schmeckt super. Der Außen-Bereich ist sehr schön, das muss man gesehen haben.

Excellent place . Melike was so helpful and kind. She changed my room upon request and was very helpful in making sure my stay in the resort was comfortable and enjoyable. Highly recommended.
