Voor ons niet ideaal.
Beetje apart hotel dat lijkt op een grote fabriekshal. Veel harde en aparte muziek voor bepaalde doelgroep en dus niet voor de gemiddelde europeaan.

Ein Luxus Hotel aber leider nicht Pet Hotel. Erstmal mal positive; Das Essen war sehr gut, Service Personal war sehr freundlich. Wir haben uns gefreut das wir mit unserer Liebsten zusammen Urlaub machen können aber leider sie dürfen mit ihm nur draußen sitzen. 😳 schon beim reception waren die sehr unfreundlich wir müssten 40 Euro für die Nacht bezahlen damit er in die Zimmer darf! Der receptionist war sehr dominant und unfreundlich. Er hat alles besser gewusst und wir haben gelogen nach seiner Meinung. Sie können hier ihr Hund oder Katze nur abgeben im Nebengebäude sonst können sie nur im Garten wie alle anderen Hotels.

The food was wonderful. Other than that the experience was kind of disappointing. It felt like a mall and not a resort. The rooms were like cheap cubbies. Some of the staff was really nice but others really seemed very uninterested in dealing with guests, especially in the gym.

Innenräume und Strand sehr schön. Hochwertiges Essen und gute Getränke. Außenansicht kann mit den anderen Hotels nicht mithalten. Super Wasserpark für Kinder, die Pools sind nicht schön. Das Hotel ist fest in russischer Hand.

On a passé un excellent séjour. Assez surpris de sa grandeur sans être trop dérangé par le monde... En all inclusive, le seul petit bémol est la qualité du vin à table mais possibilité d'acheter à petit prix, du meilleur. Everything you need to know!
Lobby was excellent and new! Fantastic gym for basketball and overall food quality was good, except for the afternoon snacks outside the buffet. Plenty of swimming options and great beach setup plus slides for kids. Only problem is that rooms were already showing signs of age, wear n tear and this is less than one year old. Our bathroom was in rough shape and the shower drain wasn’t working plus minibar fridge was not cold at all. A tech came to the room and said it was fine…! Last issue is the sewage smell when walking the grounds they really need to address that.

Why you must book at this hotel?
Service: Staff were very polite and supportive all the way during our stay. They could do more to get extra staff who do speak English specially on the food site but I managed my stay as I have reasonable Turkish language skills. Hotel: Excellent rooms, very luxury, amazing entertainment programme and they update you via whatsapp in the morning to schedule your day. Pool and sea games were great and engage both kids and adults. The kids club is amazing but it needs to be promoted more as we only knew about it by coincidence. The hotel must give visitors a list of all the facilities available once they arrive to benefit from the support. Foodwise: Great food, more than 50+ variety in the restaurants and available 24 hours and this applies to drinks as well. One bad thing happened on the last day when I wanted to celebrate my son's birthday and the head of the entertainment team promised to announce this on the theatre stage where the shows take place at 9 pm every night but then he failed to do, He approached me again and said he'll be back in 20 minutes but never did this which left my son deeply upset and we left the theatre to celebrate somewhere else. It is better to stick with the promise next time "Mr. Head of entertainment". But all the other entertainment team were great and supportive.

The best part about this hotel is the restaurant staff, Starbucks, and Chi (vegan restaurant). Great gym also! Otherwise disappointing. Pool looks like it’s next to a warehouse, very unappealing and has an abandoned feel to it. Beach is not great. Looks like a public beach. No waiter service at the beach either, so every time you need a drink or a bite to eat, you have to walk to the restaurant area. There are nice cabanas at the beach, but they’re always reserved by people and we couldn’t get it, so reserve before your trip. Check in process very long - it can take an hour or more. Front desk clerks don’t really know what’s going on or have the right information about the hotel or its facilities - I’m guessing it’s because the hotel is still very new, so things are not running very smooth. Everyone gives you different prices, different opening hours lol No coherence. Overall, in my opinion, very average stay.

Excellent Value, Great Service, It Has Everything
I really really enjoyed my stay here. The facilities were impressive in scale and variety, with something for everyone (Olympic sized outdoor swimming pool, indoor swimming pool, gym, Turkish bath, football pitches and tennis courts, the list could go on). The main structure is clearly aging, however it is comfortable and well-maintained. I especially enjoyed the grilled steak in the outdoor seating area on my last night here, and spending time at the snack bar by the hotel's private beach in between dips in the sea. The hours of the bars, snack bar, and restaurant, are not very restrictive like at many other all inclusive resorts, so you are always able to find nice food or a refreshing cocktail, mocktail, coffee or tea, etc. whatever the hour. I'd like to thank the welcoming and accommodating staff for making my stay memorable and enjoyable. I would definitely return here if opportunity permits!
