Very bad cleaning service, also staf is not friendly. If you sit in resaurants or bars you need to take drink for yourself all the time. Only 2 times in a 9 day vacation they asked what we wanted to drink.

The hotel was nice and comfortable. Bathroom small but fine. Very big and spacious. Food was average. (For example: meat was very dry. Vegetables very hard) Employees are friendly and helpful. I ordered a taxi but he was not allowed to enter the entrance. They don’t allow taxi’s, which is not good.

Prijs t.o.v. kwaliteit zeer slecht
Het hotel is gedateerd en oogt armoedig. De kamer was klein, oude vloerbedekking, schimmelplekken, niet goed werkende minibar (werd pas na 3x klagen wat aan gedaan), minibar werd niet dagelijks gevuld, op klachten werd niet gereageerd, te weinig bars waardoor er lange rijen ontstonden, de receptie sprak haast geen woord Engels, het overige personeel al helemaal niet, faciliteiten bij het strand lagen te ver van de ligplekken, het water in het zwembad veel te warm, het eten was oké, maar zoals alles in het hotel was het chaotisch. Samengevat: De prijs is veel te hoog voor de status All-inclusive. Gelukkig was het nog wel gezellig met vrienden, maar dit was voor ons de eerste en ook zeker de laatste keer dat wij dit hotel bezoeken! Wat een drama!

Doen!
Heeft een leuke strand met genoeg lıgstoelen. Je krijgt er dagelijks nieuwe stranddoeken. Eten ıs goed, je hebt genoeg keuzes. Heb je genoeg van het open buffet concept, kun je kiezen voor een van de verschillende restaurants (Turks, İtaliaans, Wereldgerechten, vıs). Er zijn verschillende zwembaden, wat wel druk bezocht wordt (op tijd bij zijn). Mensen die er werken zijn wel vriendelijk maar hebben het zichtbaar erg druk. Toch wordt er tijdig geholpen. Ook in de avond hoef je je niet te vervelen, er wordt voldoende leuks georganiseerd. (theater/dans voorstellingen, dıscotheek, karaoke).

The hotel is great in terms of how clean it is and has lots of different pools. But the food lets this hotel down BIG TIME. If you like eating buffet style food for Breaky, Lunch & Dinner. Same food is served every morning, every lunch & every dinner. Not sure how a hotel can get away with saying they have 5 resturants when they all open at different times. I’ve been on many holidays but this really did let it down for us. Not to mention some the staff cant be bothered to help you. Then there is the odd staff member who are just outstanding. It’s also not located near Lara beach which is good 15mins drive away.

Es gab keinen Basketballplatz und es wurde auch nicht dabei geholfen mit dem Hotel nebenan, welches einen hatte eine freundliche Absprache zu treffen! Es sind mehrere Anläufe nötig gewesen, um überhaupt unser Anliegen verständlich zu machen. Am Strand waren Bauarbeiten an den Stegen, d.h. diese konnten wir gar nicht begehen. Im März war nur das Hauptrestaurant und die Snack-Bar geöffnet. Das warme Schwimmbecken war durchgängig nutzbar.

We stayed for four nights, and from the moment we arrived to the day we left, this hotel was undoubtedly one of the worst choices. The staff were unhelpful and had the audacity to reprimand us for making noise in our own room at night, which is unacceptable for a resort. Additionally, our room wasn't cleaned once during our entire stay. They also misled us about the availability of food and activities, claiming they only start in April, despite no mention of this on their website or during booking. They were uncooperative, making our stay difficult and uncomfortable. I strongly advise against staying here; it's a complete rip-off and a scam. Don't trust the photos or half of the reviews; find somewhere else.The staff, particularly the bellboys, were utterly useless. The food was also terrible and gave all of us food poisoning, and we intend to take further action regarding this matter.

The property is great. Lot of dining options. Staffs are friendly and helpful. Some part of the resort is underconstruction during our stay. The concert at night is a bit loud. We can still hear it even all doors and windows are close. Check-in/out is easy. We asked for assistance to book a taxi for us. Unfortunately the taxi that arrives don't want to use the meter (asked for a fixed rate higher than what it should be) and we have no other choice but to take it otherwise we will be late for our scheduled bus. It will be better if the hotel have contact with a reliable taxi company that will not take advantage of their guest. FYI, taxi number is 07 T 4273 (KUNDU TAKSI). Please don't call that taxi company again.

It is a grand building that is very well maintained, dining, communal areas, and pools are very clean and well looked after. With gated entrance and security at the front of the hotel it feels a much safer place. The heated indoor and outdoor pool is a bonus. The variety and quality of food were good and I don't think we ever felt bored even while staying for a week. Water park was not open but it looked decent enough. The only downsides we noticed were Air conditioning does not seem to work and in fact, it started blowing hot air, when we spoke to guest relations there was mention of a particular date that it will be switched back to its standard settings. not sure whether that is a sensible option rather than relying on actual temperature outside. Second problem is not only limited to this hotel and it is generally noted in most of the holiday destinations. There seems to be a carefree attitude toward the amount of plastic used in bottled water, I am sure there is more ecofriendly alternatives available like use of water fountains rather than 500 ml bottles.

We spent four days in Swandor Topkapi Hotel in March 2024. The hotel is very good, providing excellent services for the guests. We had 7-year old granddaughter with us, she enjoyed a kid's club, staff was very friendly and helpful. We appreciated the help of Valentina and Veronika at the kid's club. The hotel provides all-inclusive food and drinks, excellent quality. We enjoyed the service in the restaurant, the waiter Mazhar provided very good service during the dinner, making the feel of a la carte restaurant during the buffet dinner. We recommend this hotel for the family vacations

Everything was nice about the hotel and resort. Me and my family had a really nice time there. Staff were friendly and attentive. Food was delicious and so much variety was available. The only issue we had was when we went outside the area the price of things and the way they deal with those that they know have come from europe. They charge you more and usually tell you the price in euro currancy instead of turkish lira. The taxi drivers in the area also have an agreement with each other and their prices are too high. This isnt related to the hotel but just an observation and something to look out for when visiting this area.
