Come stay in this newly built Spanish colonial home with modern touches and indoor patio garden within walking distance to the city center.

Enjoy the very well equipped kitchen with dishwasher, strong and consistent wifi throughout the house, and stunning volcano views! Enjoy a morning coffee on the terrace and watch the birds and trees with Agua Volcano as a backdrop.
Our home is located in the northern part of Antigua in a small, private gated community with secure parking for two cars in front of the home. There is a lovely fountain and gardens in the community and room to stroll without leaving the community.
The house is within walking distance to the center of Antigua. Buses and moto-taxis pass in front of the entrance to the gated community. The home itself is set well back from the main street.
There is secure parking for two (2) cars directly in front of the house.

Casa Ixchel Antigua is NOT suitable for young children.
NO pets or animals are allowed in the home at any time.

Smoking/Vaping/Drug use is NOT permitted in or around the home.
No third-party bookings. Person making reservation needs to be staying during the reservation.
Full names of all guests in the group as well as ID of person making reservation needs to be provided at least 1 week prior to arrival.
Maximum number of guests in home at any time is 8 people, parties and events are strictly prohibited.

Names of all guests and ID must be provided before arrival in order to be registered at the entrance gate.
Outdoor security cameras are in use 24hours/day at the front and rear entrances to the home.

We highly recommend travel insurance to cover any sudden and unexpected changes to
your travel plans, as we have a strict cancellation policy. Once you book our home, it then is no longer available for others looking to travel to stay with us.

We are in the city of Antigua near the stadium. You will hear city noises: buses, cars, dogs barking, music, fireworks. We have a local animal rescue nearby and the dogs can be heard from the house.
Fireplaces in the home are decorative only, not to be used for fire.

Guests have access to the entire home. Several storage areas are locked for owner/host use only.
