'The beds were nice. Free coffee and tea all day. The people were nice. It's a good quiet place. We didn't use the breakfast or the pool. Both are not in the complex, but in another building. For the swimming you need to pay extra. The rooms smelled a little musty. The shower had no hot water for a longer time, the second person was often cold.'

'This was a A++ 7 room boutique hotel. Very authentic to Antigua Guatemala. The staff is very highly nice. The complimentary breakfast is perfect. No complaints. The fireplace in the room is a plus. '

'I’ve never had to cross a moat to a hotel room before! It added to the charm of this conveniently located hotel. The included breakfast was spectacular! Very close to my grandchildren’s house, but also very walkable to the Central Park and some great restaurants nearby. '

'I thoroughly enjoyed my stay. My only complaint is it was listed on Expedia that there was a sauna inside the spa and you can only use this if receiving a treatment in spa. Poor advertising! '
