'Great location right by the main plaza and close to everything. We had room 7 and had no problem with the noise from the discoteca next door. Helpful staff, great views of the volcano from the pool, and picturesque grounds combined with location and price made it a very satisfying stay. would highly recommend it. '

'The beds were nice. Free coffee and tea all day. The people were nice. It's a good quiet place. We didn't use the breakfast or the pool. Both are not in the complex, but in another building. For the swimming you need to pay extra. The rooms smelled a little musty. The shower had no hot water for a longer time, the second person was often cold.'

'Beautiful hotel. Very kind staff. We loved that we were about to get our laundry done at a small fee, that breakfast was included in our stay, and that they provided turn down service. The hotel is very close to many restaurants, we walked to the office of where our excursions were housed, and so many opportunities to shop and get coffee or ice-cream.'
