'The resort is located on a bay in a secluded part of the island, so if you are looking for a place to unwind and lose track of time, you found it. The premium rooms are amazing and the view of the bay is breathtaking. Waking up early everyday to this was worth it. We had a day bed to lounge on next to our plunge pool in the room to relax. The food was great, they have sit down breakfast, lunch and dinner meals. Wednesday night is a BBQ buffet for dinner. There are docks that have tables set up...

'Don’t be fooled by the classification “Suite”. They’re just standard hotel rooms. So no separate bedroom. Staff varies dramatically from friendly, via uninterested to just rude (especially in body language). Items missing or exchanged without notification from ordered food. And several items on the menu are not available. '

'Though not the most luxurious place I have ever stayed in, this vacation definitely owns a place in my personal top 3. Staff is friendly, and given the scale of the hotel the overall experience very intimate and personal. Rooms all have magnificent views, outdoor showers and overall comfort is good. Our room did have a ceiling fan that wasn't quite up to the task but all-in-all this did not affect the wonderful week we spent at Cocos. Food is excellent, give our greetings to Acarie.'
