From the moment we arrived at Keyona, we were greeted with warmth, professionalism, and genuine hospitality. The resort is absolutely stunning—peaceful, beautifully maintained, and full of thoughtful touches that made our stay unforgettable. 'Don’t be fooled by the classification “Suite”. They’re just standard hotel rooms. So no separate bedroom. Staff varies dramatically from friendly, via uninterested to just rude (especially in body language). Items missing or exchanged without notification from ordered food. And several items on the menu are not available. '

'Galley Bay is a beautiful resort! If you want to relax and be treated well alongside a beautiful beach, this is the place to go! The room was absolutely amazing! It was by far, the nicest room we’ve ever stayed in.My only complaint was that Wi-Fi was really only working in the rooms, and the restaurant choices were limited since only one or two a day was open.'

Chris at the restaurant treated everyone as valued guests and spent the time to learn a out the guest visits chef was amazing. And more importantly the house keeping staff was one of the best team '

'Though not the most luxurious place I have ever stayed in, this vacation definitely owns a place in my personal top 3. Staff is friendly, and given the scale of the hotel the overall experience very intimate and personal. Rooms all have magnificent views, outdoor showers and overall comfort is good. Our room did have a ceiling fan that wasn't quite up to the task but all-in-all this did not affect the wonderful week we spent at Cocos. Food is excellent, give our greetings to Acarie.'
