'Keyonna was wonderful! The rooms were lovely and private. Private plunge pool was amazing and worth the upgrade. The staff were very attentive and a joy to interact with. Food was great too! Definately added to our favorites list!'

'Don’t be fooled by the classification “Suite”. They’re just standard hotel rooms. So no separate bedroom. Staff varies dramatically from friendly, via uninterested to just rude (especially in body language). Items missing or exchanged without notification from ordered food. And several items on the menu are not available. '

'Different experience from other all inclusive. No TV’s helped to provide a relaxed and slow paced vibe. One main restaurant with new daily menu and reserved dining times worked out great because the food was always amazing! Looking forward to coming back.'

'Though not the most luxurious place I have ever stayed in, this vacation definitely owns a place in my personal top 3. Staff is friendly, and given the scale of the hotel the overall experience very intimate and personal. Rooms all have magnificent views, outdoor showers and overall comfort is good. Our room did have a ceiling fan that wasn't quite up to the task but all-in-all this did not affect the wonderful week we spent at Cocos. Food is excellent, give our greetings to Acarie.'

'We stayed at Trade Winds for 11 days at the beginning of January 2026 and had a wonderful experience, largely due to the outstanding staff.
All the check-in was incredibly friendly and welcoming with a shout out to Kerisa. In the hotel restaurant, Kevin consistently noticed my preferences and accommodated them without being asked, which gave a really personal feel to our dining. Yvette was also extremely pleasant and friendly during every interaction.
