'Don’t be fooled by the classification “Suite”. They’re just standard hotel rooms. So no separate bedroom. Staff varies dramatically from friendly, via uninterested to just rude (especially in body language). Items missing or exchanged without notification from ordered food. And several items on the menu are not available. '

'Though not the most luxurious place I have ever stayed in, this vacation definitely owns a place in my personal top 3. Staff is friendly, and given the scale of the hotel the overall experience very intimate and personal. Rooms all have magnificent views, outdoor showers and overall comfort is good. Our room did have a ceiling fan that wasn't quite up to the task but all-in-all this did not affect the wonderful week we spent at Cocos. Food is excellent, give our greetings to Acarie.'

'Room was clean, staff was friendly and helpful. view of English Harbor was beautiful, breakfast had a nice selection including fresh cut fruit (a must have for me) daily. The owner even gave me a ride down the hill on my departure so I could catch my cab to the airport.'

'We loved our stay! The resort has stunning views. Our beach bungalow opened right to the ocean and in 20 steps we could be standing in the water. The bed was absolutely wonderful. Nothing is more annoying than spending a lot of money to go to resort and then having a subpar bed to sleep in. The food is served buffet style… But I do have to say, that it is the best buffet food I have ever eaten in my life! Even my husband loved it, and he strongly dislikes buffets. The variety and local flavor...
