Perfect stay, the room was amazing, stepped straight out onto the beach and fabulous sunsets. Bar had anything you wanted and staff were extremely helpful. Restaurant served wonderful food, for breakfast and lunch, shame it didn’t open in the evening.

Our stay at the conch Beach cabin was absolutely perfect. Breakfast was served in the morning and was fresh and hot. Our service was impeccable down to the bartenders and cleaning staff. I had a fantastic stay. It is exactly what it advertised to be—a cabin on the beach. It is clean, the bed is comfortable, and the beach access can’t be beat! Literally, steps from the ocean. If you need to relax and recharge, this is the place for you. Ebony, the manager, was amazing! Her smile and welcoming spirit is just what you need on vacation. She helped us with cans, tours, and anything else. She’s a real gem!

Stayed here for 5 nights and had the most amazing time! The bungalow opens right onto the beach and has the most comfortable bed .. and the shower is incredible. It could use a mirror other than the bathroom mirror but that’s it! We can’t wait to come back.. the stag and food at the resto attached was incredible

These little cabins are the perfect place for a quick & easy stay with the most incredible view! The accommodations aren't luxurious but they're very comfortable & you're directly on a gorgeous beach with a grill on site & a restaurant next door. Fantastic place to stay. We are a young couple and wanted to explore the island with the car we rented. Conch Beach Cabins was the perfect place to stay for that. This place has the best "included" breakfast I've ever had at a hotel. After breakfast we'd spend the day exploring, and return in the evening to a beautiful beach and sunset. The cabin is clean and air conditioned. The outdoor shower is a cool touch. The back deck provides plenty of privacy while still being able to sit and watch the water and sunset(complete with views of Montserrat in the distance). The staff are all very friendly and accommodated everything we needed. Julia's, the actual restaurant part of the hotel, has great food and drinks. I highly recommend the roti. The food and drinks are pricy, but on par for cost for food/drinks on the rest of the island. Keep in mind that most things in the area close by 5 pm every day, including Julia's. The exception is OJ's Beach Bar, the neighbour of Julia's. They're open until 9:30 and their food and drinks are pretty good, too. I highly recommend their seafood pasta. Also check out Orrie's Beach Bar and Hotel for the exceptional vibe, their pina coladas and toirtoses garden. All in all we had a great stay and would come back for sure.

What's most important is that these beach cabins are on the beach, not across the street from the beach, not close to the beach . . . on the beach ! Staff here is very helpful, they helped me with anything I asked for. The grounds are all nicely taken care of. There's a few things in walking distance, but generally speaking it's good to have a car here (do be warned the driving on island is a little bit hectic) There's a nice supermarket near by in Jolly Harbor. We like to get our own snacks, beer, water, etc. This is not a resort, so if you're a bit fussy about high end things, this is probably not for you. They are rustic cabins. They do have AC which is crucial, and I can't tell you enough that they are sitting right on an absolutely gorgeous, soft sand, clear blue water beach. My only complaint would be that the onsite restaurant sometimes took a really long time to get food out. I get 'island time' and 'small kitchen' and all that . . . but this was sometimes extreme. When you work hard, save up money, get time off and travel thousands of miles : you want to relax, swim, read, hike, have tropical drinks, etc. What you DO NOT want to do is sit in the hot sun and wait, and wait, and wait . . . . and wait for your food to arrive. I believe they will get this problem corrected. So overall : I would (and will) return to the Conch Beach Cabins. Digital high five to the staff there. We had a fantastic time. Thank you.

So, the night before we arrived we received a call from the Conch stating that due to renovation work not being completed they had to cancel our reservation and had booked us into remote hotel several miles away in 5 islands that is not within walking distance of anything and cut off, not where we wanted to be. We were not given any options and had to accept as we were soon to board our flight. We had booked a cabin as we wanted to be beach front and ended up in a hotel room situated behind a bar and restaurant area. The Conch have failed to respond to our attempts to contact them, literally just ignored us. We emailed a manager called Anna. To make matters worse it’s turned out they lied to us about the renovation and have just double booked us. What scumbags, what a way to run a business. Don’t book with them as they cannot be trusted. They ruined our trip.

This property totally disappointed. If I could get a refund I would have left the property immediately and went somewhere else. The property seems to have one been a very beautiful place to be however it's poorly maintained. On entering we felt as if the property was abandoned and we had been scammed on Expedia. There was no room service so the room was never cleaned for the 5 days we spent there and towels weren't replaced. In arrival I asked the manager of they were expecting us cause the room was dusty, they're was cobweb, no nah for the bin in the toilet, no soap by the sink, just used half empty tubes. They're wear no mosquito net as advertised in the picks. They're was Ann overgrown tree in the bathroom and no hot and cold water so night time showers required mental preparation. The water went twice and I had to call the manager and ask the security on the compound to assist. The pool was totally dirty and looks neglected. Someone came on the third day we were there to clean it. The best thing about this place is location as it's situated in the beach however because if the over grown grass you cannot enjoy the view from the beach chairs. You'll have to drag your own beach chair you get a better view. Breakfast was very limited. I must say the 4 daily staff member we interacted with, were very friendly and courteous. Overall I give this place 2.75 out of 5 stars

I loved this cabin during the day! It was so quiet and peaceful. Sometimes nobody in the water. At night, different story. I brought Raid with me, but had to buy more on the island. There were just so many bugs at night, I had to check out on my 3rd day of 7. The staff was great, very pleasant! I felt safe there, a security guard was there and also pleasant.
