'Don’t be fooled by the classification “Suite”. They’re just standard hotel rooms. So no separate bedroom. Staff varies dramatically from friendly, via uninterested to just rude (especially in body language). Items missing or exchanged without notification from ordered food. And several items on the menu are not available. '

'We stayed in beachfront bungalow 68 for our first trip to the Caribbean. We loved everything about Antigua and Hawksbill. The resort is low key and perfect if relaxation is your goal. The staff is kind and attentive. The property itself is so incredibly gorgeous with 4 beautiful beaches. You won’t regret a stay @ Hawksbill Resort!'

'Though not the most luxurious place I have ever stayed in, this vacation definitely owns a place in my personal top 3. Staff is friendly, and given the scale of the hotel the overall experience very intimate and personal. Rooms all have magnificent views, outdoor showers and overall comfort is good. Our room did have a ceiling fan that wasn't quite up to the task but all-in-all this did not affect the wonderful week we spent at Cocos. Food is excellent, give our greetings to Acarie.'
